Abstract

Every business that is established must face various kinds of challenges especially if the business is still new, but whatever type of challenge it inevitably has to be faced. Likewise, the aquaculture of pond catfish also has many obstacles and obstacles, one of which is that when the dry season arrives, many catfish die due to lack of water supply because their fish pond water supply comes from river water where when the dry season the river water will shrink .from the results of the analysis using simple linear regression results obtained that the semi-variable cost of catfish will increase along with an increase in the amount of catfish production, which results obtained Y = 348,959 + 27.61 (x). The fixed fee is Rp. 349,959, -, with a variable cost per unit of Rp. 27.61. Costs incurred in the cultivation of catfish is not so big.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga jual (sewa) dengan penjualan (pendapatan) pada usaha sewa tenda dan pelaminan Dandy Decoration di kota Bengkulu. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualiatif yang didapat dari survey langsung ke lokasi tersebut dan ternyata hubungan antara harga jual (sewa ) dengan pendapatan usaha sewa sangat erat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan analisa korelasi sebesar 0,9927 dan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear sederhana hasilnya adalah Y=3.995+25,1(x). Artinya harga jual mempengaruhi hasil penjualan (pendapatan sewa), dilihat dari nilai a=3.995 dan nilai b=25,1. Harga dalam bisnis jasa sering dianggap sebagai indikator atau kualitas jasa yang diberikan, semakin tinggi harga yang ditentukan maka akan semakin baik kualitas jasa yang diberikan atau dihasilkan. Seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Kotler dan Amstrong bahwa harga adalah jumlah uang yang harus dibayarkan untuk mendapatkan produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone xiaomi pada siswa SMKN 1 Lubai Ulu.Permasalahannya adalah ” Seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi pada siswa SMKN 1 Lubai Ulu ”. Hasil pengujiannya menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dapat dilihat dari hasil uji dengan alat analisis regresi berganda,dimana persamaan Y = 0,786 + 0,353 X1 + 0,411 X2.artinya disini bahwa nilai harga ( X1) sebesar 0,353 menunjukkan bahwa jika harga naik 1% maka penjualan akan naik sebesar 0,353%,demikian juga dengan kualitas produk ,jika kualitas produk naik sebesar 1 %, maka penjualan akan naik sebesar 0.411%. jadi dapat dipastikan kenaikan harga tidak berdampak buruk terhadap penjualan produk asalkan dibarengi dengan peningkatan kualitas. Demikian juga dengan hasil uji T dan uji F menujukkan hasil yang significan baik variabel harga maupun variabel kualitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.tetapi tidak menutupi kemungkinan keputusan pembelian juga dipengauhi faktor – faktor lain.

Abstract

Increasing business competition in the housing sector has led companies to adopt appropriate marketing strategies so that their businesses can survive and win the competition. This study aims to determine the effect of pricing on consumer purchasing decisions in Palembang Pinang Jaya Housing. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach that is by describing and describing the variables studied and then drawn conclusions. The object of research that becomes the independent variable is the price (X1) and the purchase decision (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 35 customers in Palembang Pinang Jaya Housing. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sample technique so that the entire population is taken to be the research sample. The instrument test was carried out with the validity and reliability test, the normality test, the hypothesis test and the analysis technique used was a simple regression analysis. The results showed that the price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Pinang Jaya Palembang Housing. This can be seen from the research that has been investigated by researchers that shows from the t test results obtained tcount> ttable (1,402> 0.05) then H0 is rejected. meaning that the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the significance value: from the Coefficients table obtained significance of 0.170> 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variable Price (X) influences the purchase decision variable (Y).

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The type and source of data in this study is qualitative data using secondary data, namely by making observations or observations and documentation in the form of records of production costs needed for calculating the cost of production and calculating the selling price for expenses in 2021. The research method used in this study This is a qualitative method by analyzing by collecting data and the results describe how Lambe Cake applies the cost plus pricing method in setting selling prices through observation and document analysis at Lambe Cake in Palembang City. The calculation of the cost of production is something that needs to be considered in determining the selling price of a product. Calculation of the right and accurate cost of production is something that needs to be done by every company, because without a precise and accurate calculation of the cost of production, the manufacturing company concerned will experience problems in determining the selling price of a product. The costs incurred in the production process will be used as the basis for determining the selling price and usually the company will add the desired profit percentage. One method of determining the selling price, in which all costs or full total costs are added to the profit percentage expected by the company is called the Cost Plus Pricing method. The cost of production in industrial companies consists of raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. In this research conducted at Lambe Cake, Bengkulu City. Lambemu here still uses calculations based on ordinary calculations according to the seller himself and does not take into account the costs associated with non-production. So it has a difference between ordinary calculations and calculations using the cost plus pricing method. By using cost plus pricing, determining the selling price becomes more accurate and precise.
