Abstract

This research to analyze the recruitment system for prospective employees in accordance with the standards and criteria for employees at PT Grha Humanindo Manajemen. The system used in the recruitment of prospective employees at PT. Grha Humanindo Management is the DISC Personality Test method. This research is descriptive qualitative in order to describe how the process of implementing employee recruitment in accordance with the standards and criteria for employees desired by PT Grha Humanindo Manajemen using the DISC Personality Test method. The results showed the DISC Personality Test method has been running in accordance with the standards set by the company by prioritizing the attitude value in order to achieve employees who have service standards. The results also show this method cannot provide a description of a person's skills and level of knowledge. Considering that this company is engaged in the service sector, the deficiencies in the DISC method are not a priority. DISC Personality Test method can prevent parties who intend to intervene in the recruitment process, including committing bribes or collusion, corruption and nepotism.

Abstract

This research was knowing how to apply the time and material pricing method in determining the selling price of service and spare parts at Castrol Bike Point Dian Motor Palembang. The scope of research on determining the selling price of service and spare parts at Castrol Bike Point Dian Motor Palembang. This research uses primary data and secondary data, interviews and observations, uses library research and field studies through interviews and documentation. The analysis technique use the comparative analysis, comparing the determination of the selling price and spare parts that have been carried out by Castrol Bike Point Dian Motor Palembang. The variables: time and material pricing method as the independent variable (variable X) and the selling price as the dependent variable (variable Y). The results, CV. Castrol Bike Point Dian Motor Palembang has not / does not use the time and material pricing method, only based on the completion time of service work, so that it affects the selling price and affects the decrease in profits. CV. Castrol Bike Point Dian Motor Palembang has not detailed the selling price of time and the selling price of materials, the selling price of service and spare parts is charged to consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of quality Scarlett Whitening bodylotion product on consumer loyalty to STIE Aprin student in Palembang. This research is a quantitative research aimed at the relationship product quality to consumer loyalty. The sampling technique used slovin, was carried out on 100 subjects, measuring tools that used in the form of a Likert scale. The data obtained processed by simple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using SPSS 28 For Windows. The result, it was obtained that there was a positive influence significant product quality on consumer loyalty. This research is expected become input for Scarlett Whitening, the company needs to maintain quality product reliability and performance product. That consumers always have a positive attitude and commitment to continue use the product (Scarlett Whitening).
