ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kinerja dan disiplin dengan hasil belajar siswa. Kinerja guru merupakan sekumpulan perilaku pendidik yang memberi kontribusi pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Disiplin adalah kesadaran untuk mentaati segala peraturan. Kinerja dan disiplin guru berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar adalah perubahan sikap seseorang yang dapat diukur dan diamati berupa pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan perhitungan prasyarat uji validitas, reliabilitas, linearitas, dan normalitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert dan nilai murni siswa semester genap 2020/2021. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 82 responden dengan teknik sampel sensus. Berdasarkan perhitungan diketahui mayoritas variabel kinerja guru, disiplin guru, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan rincian variabel kinerja guru (60%), disiplin guru (63%), sedangkan hasil belajar siswa (88%). Dari hasil uji analisis korelasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara signifikan (1) antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (35,2%), (2) antara disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (38,3%), dan (3) antara kinerja dan disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (48,2%).Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Disiplin Guru, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the relationship between performance and discipline with student learning outcomes. Teacher performance is a set of educator behaviors that contribute to the achievement of school goals. Discipline is the awareness to obey all the rules. Teacher performance and discipline have an impact on student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are changes in a person's attitude that can be measured and observed in the form of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The method used is quantitative research with the calculation of the prerequisites for validity, reliability, linearity, and normality tests. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire and the pure grades of even semester 2020/2021 students. The sample in this study amounted to 82 respondents with a census sample technique. Based on the calculation, it is known that the majority of the variables of teacher performance, teacher discipline, and student learning outcomes are in the medium category, with details of teacher performance variables (60%), teacher discipline (63%), while student learning outcomes (88%). From the results of the correlation analysis test, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship (1) between teacher performance and student learning outcomes (35.2%), (2) between teacher discipline and student learning outcomes (38.3%), and (3) between teacher performance and discipline with student learning outcomes (48.2%).Keywords: Performance, Teacher Discipline, Learning Outcomes
