Abstract

Few people, especially the layman who understands that the science of reckoning and rukyat can also be called as the science of falak (islamic astronomy). This is caused in the implementation of islamic astronomy science found manythe practice of reckoning (calculation) and rukyat (observation). If you look a few years ago, the practice of hisab rukyat has been implemented by Rasulullah SAW even before Islam came. In history noted the development of the science of hisab rukyat experienced rapid development in the Islamic world. it proven from the birth of a number of intellectual Muslim who are proficient in the astronomy, astrology, mathematics and other exact science. In addition, the number of writings and instruments created can not be denied Islamic civilization continues to experience the golden age. From this, it clearly shows the historicity of the science of hisab has an important correlation to Islamic civilization, such as in the calculations and studies of sky object for the practice of Falak Science experience the level of carefulness more accurate. So rapid the science of hisab rukyat science from the era of the Prophet until the modern era shows that Islamic civilization also experienced rapid development along the course of history.

Abstract

The trend that is happening nowadays is online transactions through live-streaming or what is commonly known as live-streaming shopping. This study aims to determine the effect of live-streamers on purchase intention with consumer trust as an intervening variable. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are state university students who use social media TikTok in Malang City. The sample in this study amounted to 195 respondents, determined using a purposive sampling technique with criteria such as students aged 18-28 years who are TikTok social media users in Malang City who have watched live-streaming on the official TikTok account of @Somethincofficial, and have ever used TikTok Shop feature. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) or SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that live-streamers have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, live-streamers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and live-streamers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer trust.

Abstract

One sign of the rapidly growing world of medical science is its success in making one discovery about Deoxrybo Nucleid Acid (DNA). Islam does not prohibit the practice of DNA identification because it can be used in determining the legal status of relative relationships and related marital prohibitions among families because of the similarity of DNA genes between parents and their children. In Islam marriage prohibition can also occur between brothers and sisters. DNA identification can be done between siblings as a result of the presence of gene elements in breast milk. In addition, breast milk can also develop bone and grow meat if breastfeeding at least five times suction. But the results of DNA tests conducted between siblings cannot be more accurate if done to find relationships of parents and children. From this it clearly proves that Islamic medicine has an urgent value to Islamic law. This can be seen from one of its axiology in determining the status of brotherhood.
