Abstract

Empowerment research of farmer group through the auction market as an embodies solution of farmer dynamism welfare. The purpose research was to describe the characteristics farmers relationship through farmer group as empowerment approach, knowing the form empowerment farmer groups through the auction market, and the dynamism of farmers welfare. This research was conducted in the Bugel Village and Garongan was farmers group of Gisik Pranaji and Bangun Karyo. The research method was descriptive qualitative case study. The primary data collection was done by purposive sampling based on specific criteria, carried out using questionnaires, interview, direct observation group activities, and secondary data collection. The result of study said, relations characteristics farmer group empowerment approach through which their direct ownership farmer group empowerment approach and the growth of community building on every farmer who has a collectivity and social care. Proceeds from sale market activity which is the type Helix Rp.57.816.000,- and type Lado Rp.11.325.187,-. Profit received farmer groups reached Rp.1.081.500 plus the cost of energy service income, cash costs struggle and farmer groups Conslucions of research were the existence of integration between management and members of the group together with the market traders to determine base price of red chilli, with the support functions of the partnership market. The achievement dynamism of the farmer welfare, including the group’s goals, a sense of the relationship with the members of the others, the interaction of farmers who have a positive influence on group (living in harmony and peace), and realize the effectiveness of group toward partnerships benefit mutually farmers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui respon dari konsentrasi  pupuk organik cair (POC) dan teknik budidaya terhadap hasil tanaman padi varietas Inpari IR Nutri Zinc. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Juli 2022 di lahan pertanian Desa Margodadi, Kecamatan Seyegan, Sleman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan faktorial (4 x 2) dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dengan 3 taraf yaitu teknik kocor, teknik semprot, dan kombinasi. Faktor kedua teknik budidaya yaitu konvensional (20 cm x 20 cm) dan jajar legowo 2:1 ( 25 cm x 12,5 cm x 50 cm). Data dianalisis menggunakan Anova dan diuji lanjut menggunakan Orthogonal polynomial untuk konsentrasi POC dan LSD untuk teknik budidaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) 90 ml/L air  berpengaruh nyata pada parameter jumlah anakan produktof dan jumlah malai per rumpun. Perlakuan teknik budidaya berpengaruh nyata pada parameter jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah malai per rumpun,panjang malai, bobot segar biji per rumpun, bobot kering biji per rumpun dan jumlah biji per rumpun. Interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk oganik cair 135 ml/L air dan teknik budidaya jajar legowo 2:1 dapat meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan tanaman sebesar 0,2134 g/m2/hari.

Abstract

The Bersemi Jambon Gesikan Climate Village is a popular location for the climate village program in Magelang City. The initiative and nomination status upgrade from the main category to Sustainable. Obstacles faced included limited enrichment of climate change adaptation and mitigation activities, administrative procedures, and strengthening community institutions. Mentoring focused on increasing the capacity of administrators through socialization of the legal basis, administrative procedures, education on public awareness and participation, filling out the national climate change control registry system, preparing a five-year work program, and producing a profile video. Implementation methods included socialization and direct mentoring, so that administrators and community members could plan, implement, monitor, and periodically evaluate the program independently. The success of this activity included an increase in the assessment score for the climate village program category with a score of 91.07, the realization of sustainable adaptation and  mitigation actions, institutional strengthening, the formation of a partnership network, and increased awareness of sustainable residential environments.
