Abstract

Background: The period of breastfeeding is a period of development in the human life cycle, in which the mother experiencing postpartum lactation period that has been born. In the period of breastfeeding, postpartum mothers experience a variety of problems related to breastfeeding. One of the problems that often arise and are found in women during lactation ahead of today is about the production of milk. All women experience postpartum lactation future. Along with the development of technology and science, traditional medicine related to an increase in milk production is also not forgotten. Objective: This study aimed to determine differences in the effect of buffoonery and rice kencur to lactation in Blora district Method: This research was quasy Experiment and design research with post test only control group design. The population is postpartum mothers a number of 54 respondents were divided into three (3) groups: 18 respondents were given treatments concoction of ginger, 18 respondents were given treatments kencur herb rice and 18 respondents were not given treatments. Results: The analysis used is a statistical test of Kruskal-Wallis test. Giving temulawak and beras kencur equally affect the smoothness of breastfeeding on postpartum mother, but the most dominant influence on lactation on postpartum mother is the provision of beras kencur And sig: 0.00. Of the mean (average) and sig is 0.05, it can be interpreted that after being given a different treatment is true. Keywords: Temulawak; saffron-coloared rice ; increased milk production

Abstract

Research background : Primary Health Care one of the public health services has the main task of providing community health development and basic health services, through increasing public access to health services with a priority for promotive and preventive efforts combined in a balanced manner with curative and rehabilitative efforts. (MOH, 2003). One of the indicators of the success of individual health services at primary health care is patient satisfaction. Satisfaction according to Kotler (in Supranto, 2001) is defined as a post-consumption assessment, that a selected product can meet or exceed consumer expectations, thereby affecting the decision-making process for repurchasing the same product.Research purposes: To determine the level of patient satisfaction with basic health services in Primary Health Care throughout Blora Regency which is seen from the dimensions: responsiveness (responsiveness), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy) and tangible (direct evidence).Research Methods: Design This study was a cross-sectional descriptive survey, conducted in 10 primary health care included in the Blora Regency area. The research subjects were inpatients and outpatients. Samples were taken as many as 300 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was cluster and random sampling in the selection of health centers and the selection of respondents using accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 42 question items. To analyze data using a frequency distribution using a computerResearch Discusion : shows the tendency of patients to be satisfied and very satisfied with the services provided by the health center. Although few are dissatisfied. However, from one puskesmas to another varies in the level of satisfaction.Conclusion: Patients are more satisfied and very satisfied than those who are less satisfied with the services of health workers at the primary health care

Abstract

Nowadays, the world is still at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, where cases are still increasing every day. Nurses as the front line in treating COVID-19 patients have a major role in providing direct services to patients. Therefore, nurses are at high risk of dealing with psychological conditions such as anxiety. Nurses who are directly involved in handling and treating COVID-19 patients are at risk of experiencing psychological issues. Method: This research is descriptive research using a cross-sectional with a survey via google form. The population in this research were nurses at Three Blora District Hospitals, they are  RSUD Dr. R. Soetijono Blora, RSU Permata Blora, and RSUD Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. Researchers will use a sample of 20 nurses in each hospital. Results: The results of the analysis of the data collected from the 40 COVID-19 nurses revealed that 52,5% of the respondents experienced mild anxiety; 27,5% had moderate anxiety; 10% had severe anxiety; while 10% did not experience any anxiety. Covid-19 nurses who are women, 35-45 years old, Diploma Three of Nursing tend to have higher levels of anxiety. Conclusion: Marital status, hospital support and depression levels are the factors that affect the level of anxiety among COVID-19 nurses in hospitals. Hospital support is a significant factor affecting anxiety levels.Keywords: Covid-19, Nurses, Anxiety.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan imunitas dengan memberikan nutrisi yang optimal. Dimulai dari gizi yang seimbang dan sesuai kebutuhan anak, sebab manfaat gizi seimbang tak hanya untuk imunitas tetapi juga tumbuh kembang termasuk kognitif. Kekurangan zat gizi pada balita selain meningkatkan angka kesakitan dan kematian, juga mempengaruhi proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah melakukan sosialisasi tentang gizi balita, akibat balita kekurangan gizi, demonstrasi meyusun dan mengolah makanan balita, pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan balita di Desa Sukorejo. Metode pengabdian masyarakat adalah penyuluhan, demonstrasi dan pengukuran tinggi badan dan menimbang berat badan balita. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu balita di Desa Sukorejo memahami pentingnya gizi seimbang pada balita dan dapat menyusun serta menyajikan menu makanan bergizi seimbang. Sebanyak 30 ibu balita mengikuti kegiatan ini, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya pengetahuan mereka mengenai gizi seimbang serta penurunan kasus gizi kurang di desa tersebut. Kesimpulan pengabdian bahwa ibu-ibu balita Desa Sukorejo memahami tentang gizi seimbang pada balita, ibu-ibu balita dapat menyiapkan menu makanan yang bergizi pada balita.
