Abstract

The purpose of this studied was to determine the level of students' agility in futsal extracurricular activities from the 40-yard sprint training group and the 40-yard lateral shuffel training group. The research method used was the experimental method. The population used was SMK Miftahussalam Ciamis. The sample used was 30 people who were divided into two research groups. The test instrument used was the lateral change of direction test. The results of this studied proved that 40-yard sprint training and 40-yard lateral shuffel training have a significant effect of increased the agility of futsal extracurricular students. The 40-yard sprint was better than the 40-yard lateral shuffel but the difference was slight and could be said to be insignificant. The authors hope that the 40-yard sprint exercise and the 40-yard lateral shuffel group exercise will be make one of the recommendations in improving body agility.Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kelincahan siswa pada ekstrakurikuler futsal hasil dari kelompok latihan 40-yard sprint dan  kelompok latihan 40-yard lateral shuffel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan adalah SMK Miftahussalam Kabupaten Ciamis. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok penelitian. Instrumen tes yang digunakan adalah lateral change of  direction test. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa latihan 40-yard sprint  dan latihan 40-yard lateral shuffel memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal. Latihan 40-yard sprint lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan 40-yard lateral shuffel namun perbedaannya sedikit dan dapat dikatakan tidak signifikan. Harapan penulisbahwa latihan 40-yard sprint dan  kelompok latihan 40-yard lateral shuffel menjadi salah satu rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan kelincahan tubuh.

Abstract

This studied aims to determined the level of acceleration of soccers extracurricular members at MAN 3 Ciamis. This studied used a survey method with tests and measurements. The population of this research was the male students of MAN 3 Ciamis which operates as many as 35 students. The research instrument used to collect data was a 30 meter acceleration test. Based on data analysis using SPSS 24 series, the results of data processing consist of the average test result of 30 meters acceleration test is 4.78 seconds. The result of the normality test is 0.112, which is greater than 0.05, which means that it is normally distributed. The percentage of agility consists of perfect category reaching 1 student or 2.86%, good category reaching 10 students or 28.57%, category enough to visit 6 students or 17.14%, category less visiting 6 students or 17.14 %, and the very poor category found 12 students or 12%. The conclusion was that the level of acceleration ability of players who were members of soccer extracurricular at MAN 3 Ciamis was included in the category of less and less. Suggestion. This instrument test could be recommended for alternative agility testsPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat akselerasi anggota ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian di atas, maka penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa putra MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis yang berjumlah sebanyak 35 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes 30 metre acceleration test. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24, hasil pengolahan data terdiri dari rata-rata hasil tes 30 metre acceleration testadalah 4,78 detik. Hasil uji normalitas adalah 0,112 lebih besar dari 0,05 artinya berdistribusi normal. Persentase kelincahan terdiri dari kategori sempurna mencapai 1 orang siswa atau 2,86 %, kategori baik mencapai 10 orang siswa atau 28,57 %, kategori cukup mengunjungi 6 orang siswa atau 17,14 %, kategori kurang mengunjungi 6 orang siswa atau 17,14 %, dan kategori kurang sekali menemukan 12 orang siswa atau 12%. Kesimpulannya adalah tingkat kemampuan akselerasi pemain yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis termasuk dalam kategori kurang dan kurang sekali. Saran. Tes instrumen ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk alternatif tes kelincahan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simple circuit training method with running circuits to increase cardiovascular endurance and fatigue. The research method used was experimental. The research design used was a two-group pre-test-post-test design. The study was male students in the fourth semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. The sampling technique used was the stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were the multi-stage fitness test (MSFT) for the cardiovascular endurance test (vo2max) and the flamingo balance test for fatigue. Test data analysis using hypothesis testing, namely paired sample t-test. The results showed that increased cardiovascular endurance in the simple circuit training method was 2.06%; the percentage of increased cardiovascular endurance in the running circuit training method was 15.02%. While fatigue research results on the simple circuit method were 22.36%, the rate of increased fatigue in the running circuit training method was 9.58%. The conclusion is the simple circuit training method and running circuit have a significant effect on cardiovascular endurance, while the fatigue variable increases negatively. The author suggests that there should be further research on the duration of giving exercise in both training methods. The research results obtained are better.Metode latihan simple circuit dengan running circuit dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular dan kelelahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dugunakan adalah two-group pre-test-post-test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa putra tingkat empat semester genap tahaun ajaran 2019-2020.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik stratified random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multi-stage fitness test (MSFT) untuk tes daya tahan kardiovaskular (vo2max) dan flamingo balance tes. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis yaitu paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular pada metode latihan simple circuit sebesar 2.06%, Persentase peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular pada metode latihan running circuit sebesar 15.02%. Sedangkan hasil penelitian kelelahan pada metode simple circuit sebesar 22.36%, Persentase peningkatan kelelahan pada metode latihan running circuit sebesar 9.58%. Kesimpulannya adalah metode latihan simple circuit dan running circuit berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular, sedangkan pada variabel kelelahan meningkat secara negatif. Penulis menyarankan agar adanya penelitian lanjutan bagian durasi pemberian latihan pada ke-dua metode latihan tersebut agar hasil penelitian yang didapatkan lebih baik.
