Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-commerce on increasing revenue of BNI-assisted MSMEs in Padang City. The object of the research is MSMEs in Padang City, West Sumatra. The formulation of the research problem is: how is the influence of e-commerce on increasing the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Padang City. The research hypothesis is: E-Commerce has a significant influence on increasing the income of MSMEs. The research approach is quantitative. The study population was 108 MSME units. The number of research samples was 52 MSMEs. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple linear regression. The results of the study found: e-commerce has a significant effect on increasing revenue of MSMEs.

Abstract

The theme of the article is a business based on the principles of Islamic economics. The purpose of this research is to know the archive management in KJKS BMT. The object of research is KJKS BMT in Anduring Padang. This research raises the problem of how the archive management in KJKS BMT. The results of the study are: the low management of archive storage in KJKS BMT.

Abstract

Companies need to develop an appropriate strategy in order to maintain its presence and improve its performance. One attempt to become a large company and strong is to implement the strategy of acquisitions and restructuring. The advent of the era of free-market impact on the company's business competition is getting tighter. This condition spur businesses to be concerned about the strategy pursued. Even companies continue to attempt to formulate and refine their business strategies in order to win the competition. Acquisition strategy as the dominant means used by companies to develop strategies for diversification and at the time of acquisition contributed to the poor performance, the company may consider the necessity of restructuring operations. With the acquisition and restructuring strategies that run the company is expected to stabilize the company's business so as to reduce the risk of the company.

Abstract

The theme of the article is financial management. This article discusses how the changes should be made to the Turnaround analysis approach that can improve the performance of a company. The article is the result of the study of literature. Change is an important portion of a management, where every leader is measured ability to predict changes and to make changes as the potential of the company's performance. A leader faces changes by having a vision and strategy that is based on assumptions about the future situation which is expected to occur. Along with the development of science and technology requires a company to change the level of productivity and company performance. This has encouraged management to be able to make changes in various ways or methods. One of them with an analysis of the Turnaround is to do a fundamental change, through changes in leadership, management, operational processes, and changes in the market approach. All these aim to increase the market value and increase the efficiency of the company in the long term. Change does not have to happen, but changes must be able to run well. Management changes are required in order to assist the process of change to become more focused and able to put these changes into the organization or the company's business world.

Abstract

Few are aware that spending more time on social media within the home and allocating domestic work can disrupt the household's economic equilibrium. Currently, the modern way of life has eroded the values of Muslim homes. On the basis of Islamic values, Muslim household ties reflect an attitude that balances the satisfaction of needs with the allocation of time for domestic work. This study examines the relationship between the household's social media addiction, household spending, and its impact on family ties in the West Sumatra Province of Indonesia. This study employs a relational survey model and quota sampling to collect data from 250 households in the ten cities/districts of West Sumatra Province with the most significant internet usage in 2020. Various statistical analysis methods, including descriptive statistics and moderating regression analysis using ordinary least squares (OLS), are utilized for modeling throughout the entire study. The empirical findings indicate that household spending has a significant negative impact on family ties, with a coefficient of 2.00, and that social media addiction among both parents and adolescents has a relatively significant negative impact on family ties, with coefficients of 0.0011 and 0.0082, respectively. In addition, this phenomenon has not occurred across all categories of household spending, nor has marital status moderated the relationship between household spending, social media addiction, and family ties. At the same time, adolescents from divorced homes are susceptible to social media addiction.======================================================================================================== ABSTRAK – Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga, Kecanduan Media Sosial, dan Dampaknya terhadap Ikatan Keluarga Muslim. Tidak banyak yang menyadari bahwa menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu dengan media sosial di dalam rumah tangga dan mengalokasikan pekerjaan rumah tangga dapat mempengaruhi keseimbangan umum dalam ekonomi rumah tangga. Gaya hidup modern saat ini telah mengikis nilai-nilai rumah tangga Muslim. Ikatan rumah tangga Muslim merupakan sikap harmonisasi pemenuhan kebutuhan dan alokasi waktu pekerjaan rumah tangga berdasarkan landasan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fenomena kausal kecanduan media sosial rumah tangga, pengeluaran rumah tangga, dan dampaknya terhadap ikatan keluarga di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model survei relasional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota 250 rumah tangga, dari sepuluh wilayah Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan penggunaan internet paling tinggi pada tahun 2020. Berbagai metode analisis statistik digunakan, antara lain statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi moderasi Ordinary Least Square (OLS), untuk pemodelan selama penelitian. Temuan empiris menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran rumah tangga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ikatan keluarga, koefisien= 2,00, dan kecanduan media sosial antara orang tua dan remaja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan relatif 0,0011 dan 0,0082 terhadap ikatan keluarga. Selain itu, fenomena ini belum terjadi pada semua kategori pengeluaran rumah tangga, dan status perkawinan belum memoderasi pengeluaran rumah tangga dan interaksi kecanduan media sosial pada ikatan keluarga. Pada saat yang sama, remaja di rumah tangga yang bercerai rentan terhadap paparan kecanduan media sosial.
