Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership and the quality of teacher learning on the learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population and sample in this study were 47 0 students of class XI. Obtaining data on the leadership of school principals and the teaching quality of teachers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and what was used was a closed questionnaire which was arranged in a structured manner where the question items were followed by answers consisting of four choices. The questionnaire research instrument was assessed through validity and reliability tests. All data from the two variables above were first tested whether they were normally distributed or not by using the fit test or chi square test and it turned out that the two variables were normally distributed. The next step is to test the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is = 14.59 + 1.17 X1 means that between variables X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 is = 15.70 + 0.11 X2 means between variables X2 is linear with Y and Y for X1 and X2 is = 90.96 + 1.17X1 +0.11 X2 means that between the variables X1 and X2 is linear with Y. Based on the hypothesis test, namely the significance test (t test) by rejecting H0 and If You receive H1, you will get: The Influence of the Principal's Leadership on Student Learning Achievement in PKN Class XI Subject at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023. The Influence of Teacher Teaching Quality on Student Learning Achievement in PKN Subjects Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui ada/tidak Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar dan Perhatian Orang Tua Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Kelas X SMA Swasta Kampus Nommensen Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Y atas yaitu ? = 75,80+0,10 yang berarti variabel linear dengan Y. Dan Y atas yaitu ? = 78,17+0,11 yang berarti variabel linear dengan Y, serta Y atas dan adalah ? = 3,90+0,49+0,70, yang berarti variabel dan linear. Sementara Pengaruh antara terhadap Y adalah 0,46, pengaruh antara terhadap Y yaitu 0,49, koefisien kontribusi Y atas 86,75%, koefisien kontribusi Y atas 98,44%, koefisien kontribusi atas 30,33%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of pedagogical competence on students' learning achievement in Civics Education of Grade XI of State Senior High School 3 Pematangsiantar. To determine the influence of teacher creativity on students' learning achievement in Civics Education of Grade XI of State Senior High School 3 Pematangsiantar. To determine the influence of pedagogical competence and teacher creativity on students' learning achievement in Civics Education of Grade XI of State Senior High School 3 Pematangsiantar. This research method applies a quantitative research method with an ex post facto approach. This research was implemented in State Senior High School 3, Pematangsiantar. The sampling technique chosen by the researcher is the probability sampling technique. This method does not apply a fixed or standard selection process; when applying this technique, not all populations have the same opportunity to be sampled. The sample in this research is all grade XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, which consists of 4 classes with 144 students. The research results show that the sig score is 0.007, the calculated t score is 2.366 on the X1 variable, and the sig score is 0.003 on the X2 variable. The sig score is 0.000, the calculated f score is 3.661, the table f score is 3.17, and the sig level score is 0.05. Conclusion H1 in the first hypothesis is accepted, namely, Pedagogical Competence and Teacher Creativity have a separate effect on Learning Achievement. H1 in the third hypothesis is accepted: pedagogical competence and teacher creativity have a joint effect on learning achievement performance.
