<![CDATA[Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the Regency/City Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Investment in West Java. In the theory put forward by Keynes, it is stated that the Gross Regional Domestic Product affects employment. Meanwhile, in the efficiency wage theory, the Regency/City Minimum Wage affects employment and in Harrod Domar's theory states that investment affects employment. West Java Province is the province with the largest population in Indonesia but occupies the bottom 5 provinces with the lowest labor force and the lowest Regional Minimum Wage. The question is, do Gross Regional Domestic Product, Regency/City Minimum Wage and Investment in West Java Province affect Labor Absorption as stated by the theory? If so, what is the magnitude of the influence of these three variables on the absorption of labor in West Java Province? How is the variable contribution to employment? To answer these questions, the method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with time series data for twelve years between 2009-2021. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Investasi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dalam teori yang dikemukakan oleh Keynes dinyatakan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sementara dalam teori upah efisiensi, Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja dan dalam teori Harrod Domar menyatakan bahwa Investasi mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja. Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan provinsi dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak di Indonesia tetapi menempati 5 terbawah Provinsi dengan Angkatan kerja terendah dan Upah Minimum Regional terendah. Pertanyaannya, apakah Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota dan Investasi di Provinsi Jawa Barat mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh teori tersebut ? Jika iya, berapa besaran pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jawa Barat? Bagaimana kontribusi variabel terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini maka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data time series selama dua belas tahun antara tahun 2009-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS).
