Abstract

In the implementation of a construction project, delays are very common in the field. Acceleration is needed to overcome or minimize the delay. The acceleration efforts made will certainly have an impact on increasing the time on the project so it is necessary to analyze the time for the construction. There are many methods that can be done one of them by using the help of a computer program. The purpose of this study was to determine the time through Microsoft Project 2016 analysis. A case study was conducted on the construction of the Binuang Road Retaining Dam in Bukittinggi City, with a project implementation time of 17 weeks or 120 working days. The alternative used in this research is to analyze or review the time of the project. Furthermore, scheduling analysis is carried out through Microsoft Project 2016 so that the critical path is obtained which becomes a reference for activities to be optimized and to analyze the time that occurs after the acceleration is carried out by the Crashing Program. After analyzing the results, the same results were obtained in the Microsoft Project 2016 output. The maximum acceleration occurred in the addition of working days or the absence of holidays or 7 days faster than the normal duration of 113 days. Keywords: acceleration, Microsoft Project, Crashing Program.

Abstract

The Substructure of the building of the Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi City was built based on the Indonesian Loading Regulations for Buildings and Buildings (SNI-1727-2013). The modeling is assisted by the ETABS Version 19 software. The dimensions of column K1 on the ground floor are 50x50 cm, K2 on the 1st floor is 40x40 cm, for column K3 on the 2nd floor and K4 on the 3rd floor with the same dimensions, namely 40x40 cm, and K5 on the roof top that is 30×30. While the dimensions of the block B1 is 50×30 cm, B2 is 40×25 cm and B3 is 30×25cm. The research aims to determine the dimensions and analysis of structural loads as well as the effective value of the building, from the results of structural analysis before and after the application of Value Engineering, it is obtained that it has met the provisions of the Indonesian National Standard, so it is safe and feasible.Keywords:  Superstructure, Value Engineering, ETABS.
