Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan evaluasi kinerja akademik fakultas Dakwah UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri, Purwokerto (UIN SAIZU) melalui model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa  pertama, evaluasi kinerja akademik pada bagian Pendidikan dan pengajaran menunjukan bahwa dari tahun ke tahun baik dosen, tenaga kependidikan maupun mahasiswa fakultas dakwah mengalami peningkatan baik kualitas maupun kuantitas. Kedua, evaluasi kinerja bidang penelitian, semua riset melibatkan mahasiswa selain itu fakultas dakwah juga memiliki roadmap riset. Ketiga, dalam bidang pengabdian menunjukan Fakultas dakwah telah menetapkan peta pengabdian yang relevan dengan orientasi keilmuan yang ada di Fakultas dan program studi.   The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model in evaluating the academic performance of the Faculty of Da'wah of UIN Prof. KH. Saifuddin Zuhri   Abstract: This study aims to explain the evaluation of the academic performance of the Faculty of Da'wah UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri, Purwokerto (UIN SAIZU) through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. This research uses a qualitative method with a CIPP evaluation model. The results of this study show that first, the evaluation of academic performance in the Education and Teaching section shows that from year to year, both lecturers, educational staff, and students of the da'wah faculty have improved both in quality and quantity. Second, the evaluation of the performance of the research field, all research involves students, besides the da'wah faculty also has a research roadmap. Third, in the field of service, it shows that the Faculty of Da'wah has established a map of service that is relevant to the scientific orientation in the Faculty and study programs.

Abstract

This study confirms that the implementation of Islamic teachings is very flexible in the midst of society. This statement is in line with the situation and conditions that make the Indonesian Muslim community feel confused when suddenly some worship services are canceled during the COVID-19 pandemic. The formulation of fiqh al-aubiah is considered to have had such a great effect on the Indonesian Muslim community. This is due to the position of fiqh as a guide in the implementation of worship, especially its technical implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to provide an overview of the methodology of extracting law in the formulation of fiqh al-aubiah. By using usul fiqh and sociology approaches, this study tries to describe the formulation of fiqh that is adapted to the real conditions in society. For this reason, the implication of this research is to be the best solution for the Indonesian Muslim community in the convenience of carrying out worship and at the same time eliminating forms of doubt and anxiety in the implementation of worship during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study are related to the solution of Islamic law problems in society, which includes the formulation as follow. First, the law of eliminating Friday prayers and congregational prayers. Second, the law adheres to health protocols. Third, the law of vaccination. Fourth, the law of the implementation of the swab while fasting.
