Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the E-Raport System used by SMK Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau City, since the beginning of 2017 the use has never been evaluated, measuring the performance of the satisfaction of using the application. So that it is not yet known how effectively the application can help its users, so from this problem researchers Measure User Satisfaction from the success of the E - Report System in SMK Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau City using the EUCS method and the McLean Model. This study is about analyzing the level of satisfaction of E-Raport users at SMK Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau. This study aims to determine the application of the system that has been used and to determine the level of satisfaction of users of the E-Raport system at SMK Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau. This study uses 2 methods of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). ) and the Delone and McLean models. The EUCS method emphasizes user satisfaction, by analyzing the system based on content, accuracy, appearance, convenience and timeliness, while the Delone and McLean Model method analyzes system user satisfaction based on System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality. This type of research is a descriptive type using research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. With 40 respondents, the results are valid and mutually influence user satisfaction. (This study uses a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents who are teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau). From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the following results are obtained for the validity test using the EUCS method that is valid to use, and for the validity test the Delone and Mclean model method is valid to use, for the reliability test of the two reliable methods to be used, and for the results of the T test and test F stated that the two methods mutually influence user satisfaction

Abstract

Kabupaten Musi Rawas adalah satu diantara kabupaten atau kota yang ada di provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang rawan bencana dengan kriteria tinggi di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, utamanya bencana banjir, tanah longsor dan kebakaran hutan. Kondisi ini harus mendapatkan perhatian serius oleh pemerintah. Pemerintah sebagai badan pengawas dan merupakan lembaga yang mempunyai peranan utama dalam upaya penanganan bencana alam yang terjadi. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas saat ini adalah pemetaan daerah rawan bencana masih dilakukan secara secara manual, yaitu mendata satu persatu daerah berpotensi atau terjadi bencana. Hal ini terasa menyulitkan, dikarenakan pola sebaran daerah rawan bencana yang cenderung berubah dan pola pendataan secara manual akan sangat menyulitkan dalam menyajikan informasi yang kemprehensif kepada masyarakat atau pihak terkait yang mengakibatkan pemetaan daerah rawan bencana kurang tepat sasaran dan kurang maksimal. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan salah satu cara untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada. SIG memudahkan pengelola untuk mendata dan mengetahui sebaran daerah rawan bencana yang ada. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), informasi dapat disampaikan dalam bentuk peta yang didalamnya terdapat informasi yang terkait dengan daerah rawan bencana tersebut. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis Pemetaan Daerah Rawan Bencana Di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Berbasis Website.

Abstract

Pregnant women need special attention to maintain their health and that of the fetus they are carrying. To support this process, an expert system has been developed that is capable of diagnosing diseases in pregnant women. The Naïve Bayes method is one of the approaches used in this expert system to classify diseases based on the symptoms experienced by pregnant women. The purpose of this research is to implement an expert system based on the Naïve Bayes method to support the diagnosis of diseases in pregnant women. The Naïve Bayes method was chosen because of its ability to deal with classification problems with incomplete or unbalanced data. After the Naïve Bayes model is a solution, testing and evaluation is carried out using test data. The accuracy of the expert system is measured by comparing the diagnosis given by the system with the actual diagnosis. The results showed that the expert system with the Naïve Bayes method was able to provide an accurate diagnosis for pregnant women. This proves the effectiveness of the Naïve Bayes method in supporting the diagnosis process in pregnant women.
