Abstract

Clean and Healthy Behavior, or PHBS, is crucial and should be practiced on a daily basis. The Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) program is one way to make unhealthy behavior healthy because it is caused by behavioral factors that contribute between 30 and 35 percent to health. One of the reasons is that students aren't aware of how to practice healthy habits like putting trash where it belongs, washing their hands before eating, and keeping the classroom clean. The only way that clean and healthy living behaviors are promoted is through an appeal to change behavior. For instance, the school will enact rules that prohibit littering if students are encouraged to place garbage where it belongs. If students are not made more aware of the importance of living a clean and healthy lifestyle, these appeals and regulations will not be effective. As a result, more information about the significance of maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle in the school setting is required. In order for students to independently prevent disease, improve their health, and actively contribute to the creation of a healthy environment, all of the behaviors they engage in in the school setting are informed by their education.

Abstract

Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease characterized by a decrease in bone mass, caused by a reduction in bone matrix and minerals accompanied by microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue. Factors such as hormone production, the aging process, and the formation of free radicals due to oxidative stress by Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) can stimulate bone resorption. The content of secondary metabolite compounds in Crescentia cujete L. has medicinal properties for diseases. Purpose: this study was to determine the phenolic compound of Crescentia cujete L which has acted as an anti-osteoporosis with the approach of docking in silico. Extraction and partitioning of Crescentia cujete L fruit extracts in this study used n-hexane and toluene solvents with the aim of obtaining phenolic group compounds, knowing the toxicity value of partition results, obtaining the structure of phenolic compounds that have the potential to be anti-osteoporosis, and validating the ability of these phenolic compounds as anti-oxidants. As a result, n-hexane and toluene extracts are known to contain elevated levels of active and toxic compounds with LC50 values of 31.79 ppm and 93.49 ppm, respectively. The phytochemical test shows the presence of phenolic groups with maximum wavelengths at 302-320 nm. Benzene acetate, trans-cinnamic acid, and propanoic acid have the lowest affinity bonds with receptor 2F8A (Glutathione peroxidase); -4.21, -4.81, and -4.72 kcal/mol. Whereas at the 3KWZ receptor (Cathepsin K); -6.0, -5.4, and -5.0 kcal/mol. Conclusion: The phenolic compound of Crescentia cujete extract L can be used as an alternative treatment for osteoporosis by inhibiting the enzymes Glutathione peroxidase and Cathepsin K

Abstract

Fever in children is a common condition, especially in children under 5 years of age. Parents have an important role in handling children when they have a fever. Different knowledge of mothers will result in different management of fever in children. Self-medication measures for fever in children vary greatly in the community, some are not yet able to do self-medication because there are very high concerns such as fear of seizures and others. There are also those who have been able to do self-medication with physical therapy or drugs (antipyretics), but rationality in using fever medicine for children can be good and it can be bad. Pulomerak sub-district, Banten. Methods: Analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The results of the research number of respondents in this study were 44 mothers with an average age of mothers was 32.68 ± 7.087. Most of the respondents have low education (45.5%). Most of the respondents' occupations were housewives (31.8%) and most of the family income was above the minimum wage. It was found that 52% of the respondents had low knowledge about fever and it was found that 50% of the total respondents had good and bad management of fever. Based on the results of the Chi square test, it was found that the value of p = 0.002 and the prevalence ratio was 7.0 (1.1 to 46.2) so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about fever and the management of fever in children.
