Abstract

The increasing number of divorce cases in the Sumber Religion Court Class 1A in 2021, especially divorce lawsuits is a problem that needs attention because it is not in accordance with the purpose of marriage. The results of the study indicate that the cause of the high rate of divorce is due to various factors that affect domestic life, including economic factors, continuous disputes and quarrels, leaving one party behind, and other factors. The solution needed to overcome this is to provide training and learning to the younger generation or couples who want to marry so that they understand the laws and regulations of marriage so that there will be no disharmony in the household in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACK In cases that are under the authority of the religious courts, there are several cases that are closely related to the rights of children, including the case of applying for a marriage dispensation. Marriage dispensation is a voluntary case in the form of concessions given by the court to prospective husbands and wives who have not reached the lowest age limit of 19 years. According to Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law no. 16 years old, boys and girls are 19 years old. However, if a man and a woman are less than 19 years old, their marriage is considered invalid by the State. If you are in an emergency situation, such as pregnant, afraid of adultery, embarrassed because you are not married, afraid of things that are prohibited by religion. Aims to find out the application of Law NO 16 of 2019. The results of the study explain that the panel of judges considers and makes a very fair decision to decide whether it is appropriate for a couple who applies for a dispensation to get a marriage dispensation. taking into account the circumstances of the two prospective brides both in terms of economic, social, health and others.

Abstract

Abstrack Marriage is not just a union between a man and a woman, but also unites steps and common goals so that domestic life can run well with minimal conflict. Marriage must also be carried out on the basis of the willingness of both parties without any element of coercion from anywhere. The method used in this study is qualitative, the main source of information is the related case files that the author obtained when carrying out field experience practices at the Sumber Religion Court. The results of this study indicate that this divorce occurred because the Plaintiff, who initially already had a lover, was in the end forced to marry the Defendant who was 21 years older than the Defendant. Therefore, the marriage which initially went well, then gradually worsened because the Plaintiff's heart still could not accept the Defendant. Keywords: Divorce, Forced Marriage, Psychology

Abstract

The taxation sector is one of the “sources of state financial cash receipts” by taking part of a person’s income as well as levies on the purchase of an item. Article 7 of Law Number 7 of 2021 the government issued a policy in an effort to increase the state revenue treasury by increasing the Value Added Tax to 11%, which was to be precise in early April. The policy is not too burdensome for a company, but in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that still exists and the company’s economy has not yet recovered, it is an obstacle for companies to recove their economy. There were several companies that experienced the impact of the VAT increase itself at the beginning of the policy, because the company had to replace all systems that previously used 10% VAT to 11%.
