Ada banyak usaha guru yang diberikan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini tentu amat berpengaruh pada kepribadian siswa. Peran aktif guru sangat menentukan hasil belajar siswa, supaya bisa mempelajari materi dengan lebih bersemangat. Dengan melakukan penelitian di SMP Plus Al Ma'arif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon, peneliti berusaha untuk menentukan beberapa rumusan masalah, yakni 1) Apa saja penyebab kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa di kelas 7 SMP Plus Al-Ma'arif. 2) Bagaimana cara menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas 7 SMP Plus Al-Ma'arif. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, interview dan observasi. Analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan penyajian data dan kesimpulan serta perilaku yang diamati dari keadaan yang ada. Penelitian bertujuan agar mengetahui tingkat semangat belajar siswa kelas 7 SMP Plus Al-Ma'arif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. Hasil penelitian meliputi: a) Memperbanyak metode pembelajaran. b) Sebelum pembelajaran dimulai guru selalu menceritakan kisah-kisah para pejuang terdahulu yang ada dalam Al Qur'an; c) Guru memberikan tugas yang berkaitan dengan materi yang akan dipelajari; d) Guru memberikan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan sehari-hari; e) Guru mendorong siswa untuk senang membaca Alquran sebagai proses menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Learn and understand language is very important for muslim mainly Arabic. Arabic is a half of religion. Basically, functions and roles of Arabic as brigde for identify islam by Al-Quran and Hadis. From the above presentation, the problem for this research is what are problems found by researchers who is teach Arabic at Junior High School Plus Al Maarif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon and solution taken by researchers to do learning Arabic at Junior High School Plus Al Maarif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. To the know ploblem raise, researchers do reasearch use qualitative method with approach of ethnography and data collection technique include observations, interviews and documentations. From the research was found the cause of the lack of Arabic conversation refraction at Junior High School Plus Al Maarif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon among others are the lack of solidarity between teacher and students and the method taught by the teacher too monotone so it will become bore and lazy to take this subject. There is a solution in this problem can use hiwar method for expand students Arabic speaking skill.

Discipline is an action in obeying every rule that has been set, as well as student discipline in obeying the rules at school. Discipline makes students more orderly and organized in carrying out their lives and students also understand that discipline is very, very important for their future, because it can build a strong student personality and can be expected to be useful for all parties. This study aims to determine how the vice principal's strategy for student affairs in instilling student discipline values. The type of research used is qualitative research using observation and interview data collection techniques. In this study, the informants taken were the Principal, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs and one homeroom teacher. The findings of this study show that the strategy of the vice principal in the field of student affairs in instilling the values of discipline in the students of SMP Plus AL-Ma'arif is maximal enough then the supporting factors for the vice principal of the student body work together in disciplining the existing students. The inhibiting factor is that there are still some students who often come late to school and don't wear uniforms according to the schedule or days determined by the school. The solution to the inhibiting factor is that the vice principal for student affairs is more assertive in giving warnings, sanctions or punishments in accordance with existing regulations so that in doing so makes students more disciplined.

The development of an increasingly unstoppable flow of globalization, especially in the field of technology, makes humans increasingly unable to escape from the use of various kinds of technology in carrying out daily activities. But also experienced by people at a young age or children. The use of technological tools or what is known as excessive gadgets has resulted in the erosion of the living culture of traditional communities, such as the loss of community customs and the depletion of religious learning activities, especially in terms of reading the Reciting in madrasas or in mosques which are usually carried out by the younger generation since childhood. . Such as making humans lazy and lazy because they are too dependent on gadgets. Children today are less interested in learning, especially in terms of the Reciting, because they spend too much time playing with gadgets. Therefore, the Cirebon Islamic Religious Institute KKM Students in 2022 carried out mentoring activities with the theme "Maghrib Reciting" especially in the Sutawinangun Village, Kedawung District. The purpose of this program is to revive the spirit of the younger generation in studying and deepening the Islamic religion so that they can take advantage of technological advances in a balanced way and also help other problems such as the lack of teaching staff and the limitations of the teaching methods applied. The method used in this service is field observation.

This study aims to analyze community empowerment through a program proposed by PKK members in Sutawinangun village, namely barzanji reading training so that children and adolescents can participate in barzanji reading activities that have just been carried out at the Al Amanah mosque. This study uses observational and descriptive methods. A Sutawinangun village is a villeage located on the border of the city so that the social conditions of the community are very different from villages far from the city. One of them is the condition of the teenagers who lack religious morals. Therefore, researchers empower the tradition of reading barzaji to get to know Islamic traditions in Indonesia and foster love for the Prophet Muhammad. The method is the observation of the teenegers of Sutawinangun and interviews with local community leaders. The enthusiasm of children and adolescents so that in a short time children and adolescents have been able to sing poems and praises in al-Barzaji's birthday and are able to play Islamic music to accompany the readers of al-Barzanji's birthday.

ABSTRACKArabic is one of the subjects that is generally always studied by students in a madrasa. This study aimsto develop students' interest in learning Arabic and madrasah al-Amanah students. In student work activitiesheld in Sutawinangun Village, we IAI Cirebon students found problems or problems in one of the madrasas inSutawinangun village, namely at the al-Amanah madrasa, where at the madrasa there were still no Arabicsubjects which usually always exist in every madrasa. Without Arabic subjects, this will affect students'understanding of the meaning of the prayers or letters in the Qur'an which they always deposit every week. Themethod used in writing this journal is community service. The first thing we did was ask permission from theteachers at the al-Amanah madrasa to teach Arabic to their students. After getting permission, we immediatelystarted the lesson and it was held every Saturday afternoon at the al-Amanah madrasa. From these activities,we were able to build and develop interest in learning Arabic among the students of the al-Amanah madrasawhich later after the KKM period ended, the Arabic language learning would be continued by the teachers atthe al-Amanah madrasa.Keywords: Arabic; Interest; Devotion; Al-Amanah Madrasa.
