Abstract

Marine tourism is one of the tourist attractions of Banggai Laut Regency. Marine tourism is a major industry in Banggai Laut Regency, but it is less popular and attracts fewer visitors than other tourist destinations. If you want to draw public interest, there has to be a local government strategy in place to manage maritime tourism. Of course, the tourist business is strongly dependent on public trust. The federal and local governments should strive more to reestablish the tourism business during the pandemic. The goal of this research was to identify and investigate the local government's plan for managing maritime tourist items in Banggai Laut Regency. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. According to the conclusions of this study, the Banggai Laut Regency's local administration has not yet optimized its plan for managing maritime tourist items. This is due to the local government's present concentration on other beaches that have been under control for a long time, as well as the importance of pandemic prevention from all angles, including the tourism business. construct amenities and infrastructure, and ensure tourist safety.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran media sosial dalam partisipasi politik kaum milenial di Kecamatan Langowan Selatan pada Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur (pilgub) Sulawesi Utara Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melalui teknik wawancara dengan informan, observasi ke lokasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa media sosial sangat berpengaruh dalam partisipasi politik kaum milenial di kecamatan Langowan Selatan Adapun peran dari media sosial adalah sebagai media kampanye atau strategi yang digunakan oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan (calon, tim sukses, maupun penyelenggara) yang terlibat pada pilkada tahun 2020. Media sosial juga menjadi sarana pembelajaran dan pengembangan atau sarana meningkatkan pemahaman tentang politik bagi kaum milenial. Selain itu media sosial khususnya facebook dapat memotivasi partisipasi politik kaum milenial pada pilkada tahun 2020 di Sulawesi Utara yang terbukti dari hasil penelitian dimana tingkat persentase partisipasi kaum milenial pada pilkada tahun 2020 di kecamatan Langowan Selatan mencapai 70% . Namun terdapat beberapa dampak buruk dari peran media yaitu informasi yang di dapatkan terkadang kurang relevan dan tidak dapat dipastikan kebenarannya. Kata Kunci: Peran; Media Sosial; Kaum Milenial; Partisipasi Politik ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out the role of social media in the political participation of millennials in Langowan Selatan District in the 2020 North Sulawesi Governor and Deputy Governor (pilgub) election. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was through interviews with informants, field observations and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that social media is very influential in the political participation of millennials in the Langowan Selatan sub-district. 2020. Social media is also a means of learning and development or a means of increasing understanding of politics for millennials. In addition, social media, especially Facebook, can motivate millennial political participation in the 2020 local elections in North Sulawesi, which is evident from the results of research where the participation rate of millennials in the 2020 regional elections in Langowan Selatan district reached 70%. However, there are some negative impacts from the role of the media, namely the information obtained is sometimes less relevant and the truth cannot be ascertained. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa Tumaluntung Kecamatan Kauditan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dalam mendukung program pemerintah yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri Pariswisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor:KM/107/KD.03/2021, tentang panduan pengembangan Desa Kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang akan fokus mengidentifikasi berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Tumaluntung dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Tumaluntung, yang salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan penyusunan peraturan desa (Perdes) tentang desa wisata. Rencana penyusunan perdes telah masuk dalam agenda yang akan dibahas di musyawarah desa di tahun 2023. Penyusunan perdes dilakukan dengan melibatkan semua pihak yang terkait seperti Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), Masyarakat, Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), serta Lembaga Adat. Selain itu pemerintah Desa Tumaluntung juga secara masif terus mensosialisasikan program Desa Wisata kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Upaya; Desa Wisata; Pemerintah Desa; Peraturan Desa ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the efforts made by the village government of Tumaluntung, Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency in supporting government programs contained in the Decree of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia Number: KM/107/KD.03/2021, concerning guidelines for the development of Creative Villages . This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, which will focus on identifying the various efforts made by the Tumaluntung Village government in developing a Tourism Village. Based on the results of the study it was found that various efforts had been made by the Tumaluntung Village government, one of which was to draft village regulations (Perdes) regarding tourism villages. Plans for drafting village regulations have been included on the agenda to be discussed at village meetings in 2023. The preparation of village regulations is carried out by involving all relevant parties such as the Village Consultative Body (BPD), the Community, Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis), and Customary Institutions. In addition, the Tumaluntung Village government also continues to socialize the Tourism Village program massively to the community. Abstract

Elections are required to be supervised. This is to maintain the sovereignty of the people, the quality of the RHE and to build public confidence in the holding of the RHE. Supervision of RHE implementation is also to maintain the continuity of democratization in Indonesia. Oversight of the RHE implementation process was also institutionalized with the Election Supervisory Body (ESB). In Law 10 of 2016, regarding RHE, it is the Provincial ESB to oversee the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor and to oversee the election of the Regent and Deputy Regent is the Regency/City Supervisory Committee now changed to ESB in the Regency or City. This study aims to identify and analyze the management of ESB oversight strategies in the vote-counting stages in the 2020 North Halmahera District Election. Simultaneous RHE of North Halmahera Regency in 2020. Researchers focused on the strategic management of ESB supervision in the voting stages of the Simultaneous RHE of North Halmahera Regency using a Strategic Management theory approach according to Fred R. David (2011: 6). The results of this study are the Formulation of the ESB Strategy for North Halmahera Regency to carry out supervision based on ESB Regulations, circular votes and decisions of the Indonesian ESB, as well as supervise according to the schedule and stages in accordance with the applicable General Election Commission Regulations. Monitoring patrols during the quiet period until voting day. Furthermore, carrying out supervision attached to the process of voting and recapitulation of communication votes between ESB organizers and the General Election Commission of North Halmahera Regency is more inclusive so that the supervision process carried out later is not hampered only by the problem of poor communication patterns which are guided by statutory regulations and other derivative regulations, namely ESB Regulations, RI ESB Decrees and pay attention to the 2020 RHE Simultaneous Local Election Circular and Vulnerability Index, surveillance patrols during the calm period until voting day. Furthermore, carrying out supervision attached to the process of voting and recapitulation of votes. Ensuring that equipment for voting and recapitulation of votes is available according to the needs of each polling place.

Abstract

This research aims at community participation in increasing interest in visiting the Bukit Kasih tourist destination in Kanonang Village, Minahasa Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach, primary and secondary data sources through observation, interviews and document studies and uses interactive data analysis techniques according to Miles Huberman and Saldana (2014). The research results show that in increasing interest in visiting the Bukit Kasih tourist destination in Kanonang Village, the North Sulawesi Provincial Tourism Office has attempted to involve the community through outreach and training. However, the lack of coordination between the community, village government and related agencies is an obstacle. Even though the ability of the community to be involved is good, there is still a need to increase awareness and active involvement in tourism promotion and management. Apart from that, policies such as increasing entrance fees that are not approved by the public can reduce interest in visiting tourists. Therefore, maximum encouragement is needed to increase public awareness in participating and expressing opinions in the management of tourist destinations.
