Abstract

Research on data analysis from social media such as Twitter has been carried out in recent years. This cannot be separated from the fact that Twitter is one of the most popular social media used by social-networkers. One of the services provided by Twitter is an API (Application Programming Interface) which allows developers to get Twitter data directly for further processing. This paper aims to review the papers on twitter data mining that have been published. The contribution of this paper is to provide information on the extent of the research that has been done on Twitter data mining to obtain a mapping that will be used as the next research plan. This review paper does not choose the best technique or method and does not provide an opinion on an analysis that has been carried out from previous research. From this review paper, it can be seen that a research activity can be carried out using twitter text data, with data acquisition techniques and text analysis methods in a text mining approach.

Abstract

Bank XYZ is one of the regional government-owned banks which as of August 16, 2021 has a total percentage of customers who have dormant accounts reached 50.43%. This happens because currently the development of the marketing strategy used by Bank XYZ is still based on the products and services owned by Bank XYZ, not referring to customer needs. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to make a digital transformation plan that can be used by Bank XYZ in order to become a customer-centric bank using Big Data technology. The method used to carry out this research is to use the Big Data Framework for Agile Business (BDFAB). The results of this study includes mapping data requirements and Big Data technology for Bank XYZ, the impact to business processes, proposals for changes in information system architecture, planning for quality control mechanisms, to changes in organizational structure so that the benefits obtained by Bank XYZ are a more personalized marketing approach to customers, increased accuracy in offering bank products and services based on customer profiles, needs, behavior, and interests, as well as increased customer engagement and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract In aviation, the safety and smooth flow of flight traffic is a business core, where every flight traffic service is expected to avoid delays caused by aircraft movement either in the air or on land. Therefore, the time slot at the airport is essential for the accuracy of the movement of aircraft, both Departure and Arrival, and this is intended to avoid delays caused by the accumulation of queues of planes that will depart and planes that will land, with a large number of aircraft movements at the International Airport. Soekarno Hatta requires analysis with data mining techniques such as the J48 algorithm and Decision Tree, and Naïve Bayes.
