Abstract

Public  Health  Center  (PHC)  Management  Information  System  (SIMPUS/SistemInformasi Manajemen Puskesmas) is one development of information technology in   health information systems that are managed by the health department. Department of Health in Indonesia to develop this SIMPUS since 2010. Examples of Jember District Health Office has implemented the SIMPUS in each health center so that the processing of data in health centers and report to the Department of Health can be efficient and effective. The number of PHC in Jember are 49 and have implemented SIMPUS  are  15 health centers.  SIMPUS The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of the method SIMPUS Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and test the variables of the TAM method influential or not in Jember Regional Health Center with statistical analysis using Spearman Rank test. The population in this study are 15 health centers,by sampling two respondents from each health center so that a sample of30 people at the responden. The results of this study indicate SIMPUS implementation assessment for Ease variable (Perceived Usefulness) is 85%, Variable Benefit (Perceived Ease Of Usefulness) is 89%. Usage and Attitude variables (Attitude Toward Using) is 87%. While the results of the analysis with Spearman Rank test the ease factor (perceived ease of use) related significantly to user attitudes Information System is the result of the calculation of the significance of 0,040. Benefit factors (perceived usefulness) significantly related to the attitude of the use of information system that is the result of the calculation of significance of 0.022, the benefit factor (perceived usefulness) related significantly to the convenience factor of Information Systems is the result of the calculation of significance of 0.000.

Abstract

Singotrunan Banyuwangi Health Center started implementing the puskesmas management information system since 2010. There are still various obstacles in implementing SIMPUS, including incomplete and concise information content, no notification forms, system report Formats that are not up to date, the system still loads frequently at service, access to the report menu can only be done after 12 noon, there is no help menu in the system. The study aimed to assess user satisfaction using EUCS by descriptive study. The object was the SIMPUS application in all Singotrunan Banyuwangi Health Centers. The research subjects were all SIMPUS users at the puskesmas with a total of 21 respondents. The data analyze was performed by calculating the score and then collecting it into a criterion value. The study found that the criteria of good value with the proportion of the content aspect was 79.8%, the Accuracy aspect was 68.5%, the Format aspect was 73.7%, the timeliness aspect was 73.9%, the ease of use aspect was 75%. This states that SIMPUS is running well and necessary to be maintained, but there were still some deficiencies so it is suggested that it is necessary to improve the system through SIMPUS development by making the information content more concise and complete, adding warnings to forms, updating the report Format on SIMPUS, improving the system for minimize loading, provide flexible hours of access to process reports and add help menus or guides.

Abstract

The pending claim incident at Citra Husada Hospital Jember reached 33 files in December 2021, impacting health services' sustainability. This study aims to formulate a strategic policy review in the settlement of BPJS pending claims in hospitals with the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling management approach. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and brainstorming. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Based on the study results, the BPJS pending claim settlement strategy at Citra Husada Hospital Jember was implemented with a Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling management approach. Planning is carried out by preparing the quality of human resources and SOPs. Implementation of Organizing through coordination between officers and between fields, but there are still incomplete files and different interpretations between fields. Actuating is constrained by the system, while controlling is carried out through scheduled supervision.

Abstract

Indicators of inpatient services at RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin was obtained from manual census recapitulation process based on the patient register book in each inpatient unit. After that, the data was processed by reporting officers in Sub Division of Medical Record. Based on that process, there are still problems so the guarantee of reports accuracy is not optimal and information cannot be available on time whenever needed. Therefore, a method with a research and development approach was applied to design and create an information system for reporting web-based inpatient service indicators at RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. That information system as a means of collecting and distributing daily inpatient census data to the Sub Divisions of Medical Record to minimize delays in processing reports and improve data accuracy. The system development method applied in this research is a prototype model from Raymond McLeod. This research uses interview, observation, focus group discussion and documentation techniques for data collection. The results of this research is a reporting information system with outputs census recapitulation based on inpatient room categories and functional medical personnel (SMF) categories, visit recapitulation based on patient payment and discharge methods, as well as inpatient service indicators consisting of BOR, AvLOS, BTO, TOI, Barber Johnson Graph, GDR and NDR based on inpatient room category and SMF category. In addition, the information system can also send reports automatically to the electronic mail address of those in need and send notifications to management if the value of inpatient service indicator doesn't meet the standard.

Abstract

Medical record retention activities that have been carried out at Polyclinic X Jember Regency have encountered obstacles in sorting files that are still manual, starting with the officer checking the month and year of the patient's last visit to the Polyclinic's SIM Clinic, then taking several medical records on the storage rack and recording the medical record number for sorting. There are quite a lot of files on the storage rack, making officers have to sort the files one by one. The type of research used R&D with the Waterfall system development method, namely Requirement Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, also Operation and Maintenance. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations with 2 respondents, namely the head of polyclinic and medical records officers. This study aims to design and create a web-based medical record retention information system by minimizing errors in sorting medical record files and facilitating the performance of medical record officers in the filing section. The result of this research is a web-based medical record retention information system created using the PHP programming language.
