Abstract

Knowledge sharing is a process in which individuals exchange their knowledge (implicit and explicit) and they create new knowledge together. Knowledge is an valuable source for organizations that cause to survive in competitive environment and can be used to achieve competitive advantage. Knowledge can be available to individuals and organizations, therefore, there must exit conditions in the organization that people be able to share their knowledge with other individuals. In such situation, organizations can improve employees performance and also organizations performance. This paper explores the antecedents and consequences knowledge sharing. This study argued that social interaction ties, shared vision and trust should be associated with knowledge sharing. Next, the conceptual relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance, organizational performance, and organization competitive has been established.

Abstract

Facing uncertain environtment, firms have strived to achieve greater exchange collaboration to leverage the resources and knowledge of customer. The objective of the study is to uncover the nature of exchange collaboration and explore its impact on firm competitive advantage. The results indicate that exchange collaboration has a significant impact on firm competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi (X2) dan lingkungan kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) (Studikasus pada CV. Mitra Abadi). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdata primer. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode sensus. Jumlah respondenyang di ambil yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 75 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
