Abstract

The success of a company can be achieved if it has good financial performance. Financial reports are most needed to measure the company's business results and development from time to time, so that it is known to what extent the company has achieved its goals. This study aims to find out and explain the performance of the company PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk based on liquidity ratio analysis in the 2018-2020 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative with liquidity ratio measuring tools (quick ratio, current ratio, cash ratio and inventory to NWC). The type of data used in this study is a type of secondary data in the form of the financial reports of PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk for the 2018-2020 period published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the analysis show that: the company's current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio during the period 2018 to 2020 are in a liquid state; company performance based on inventory to net working capital in 2018 to 2019 in a liquid state, but in 2020 it will be in an ill liquid condition because its value does not meet industry standards

Abstract

Tujuan kegian pengabdian yaitu membantu pengelola POKDARWIS mengembangkan keterampilan mengelola desa wisata secara mandiri atau berdaya. Masalah utama yaitu pengetahuan dan keterampilan Pengelola POKDARWIS Pantai Tlangoh  mengelola desa wisata merencanakan, melaksanakan dan membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban masih  rendah.  Metode penyelesaian yang ditawarkan yaitu pemberdayaan pembangunan desa wisata bagi pengelola POKDARWIS Pantai Tlangoh melalui bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan. Bimbingan teknis dilakukan untuk membekali dan mengupgrade pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola POKDARWIS Pantai Tlangoh tentang bagaimana mengelola keuangan dan strategi marketing desa wisata.  Pendampingan dilakukan setelah bimbingan teknis untuk memastikan pengelola POKDARWIS dapat menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara dan profesional mandiri. Hasil kegiatan yaitu Pengelola POKDARWIS mampu mempraktikan membuat pembukuan sederhana yaitu pendapatan dan pengeluaran dan membuat video konten promosi Pantai Tlangoh menggunakan aplkasi desa wisata. Simpulan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu eksistensi dan keberlanjutan Pantai Tlangoh sebagai destinasi desa wisata. Empowerment of Tlangoh Beach POKARWIS in the Development of Tourism Villages in Tlangoh Village, Tanjungbumi District, Bangkalan Regency, East Java Province The purpose of the service activity is to help POKDARWIS managers develop skills in managing tourist villages independently or empowered. The main problem is knowledge and skills Tlangoh Beach POKDARWIS managers manage village tourism planning, implementing and reporting accountability is still low. The settlement method offered is empowering tourism village development for Tlangoh Beach POKDARWIS managers through technical guidance and assistance. Technical guidance is carried out to equip and upgrade the knowledge and skills of Tlangoh Beach POKDARWIS managers on how to manage finances and tourism village marketing strategies. Assistance is carried out after technical guidance to ensure that POKDARWIS managers can apply knowledge and skills in an independent and professional manner. The results of the activity were that the POKDARWIS Manager was able to practice making simple bookkeeping, namely income and expenses and making promotional video content for Tlangoh Beach using the tourist village application. The conclusion of the community service activities is the existence and sustainability of Tlangoh Beach as a tourist village destination

Abstract

In this increasingly developing era, it requires entrepreneurs to be able to continue to develop their business because of increasingly fierce competition, entrepreneurs must have a sales strategy so that the business they are running can continue to survive and can grow and be recognized by the wider community. Kedaia Cak Mata Ali is a business engaged in the food and beverage sector. research was conducted to determine the comparison of offline and online sales of income. The type of data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews. And documentation. Analysis of data from research can obtain results of a comparison of offline and online sales to income. It can be seen that offline sales have greater income than online sales. because consumers prefer to buy directly at the cak mata ali shop because prices are cheaper compared to buying online and consumers are more satisfied when buying directly at the shop because the goods purchased can be according to performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran produk bagi pedagang kaki lima selama masa pandemi cvid 19 di stadion Bangkalan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang gunakan ialah data primer dan sekunder, Selanjutnya analisis data yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pedagang Kaki Lima yang ada di Stadion Kota Bangkalan menggunakan konsep strategi Bauran Pemasaran untuk menarik minat beli konsumen diantaranya penerapan strategi Produk, Harga, Tempat, dan Promosi, dengan penerapan starategi tersebut mereka mampu menarik sabagian besar masyarakat yang ada di wilayah Kota Bangkalan atau pun masyarakat yang ada di luar Kota Bangkalan agar mereka datang berbelanja di Stadion Kota Bangkalan. Minat Beli atau kemauan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Pedagang Kaki Lima yang ada di stadion kota Bangkalan dipengaruhi beberapa alasan seperti, konsumen lebih memperhatikan kualitas produk yang dijual, harga yang tawarkan, suatu tempat yang strategis dan nyaman, serta pelayanan yang di berikan oleh Pedagang Kaki Lima Itulah mengapa konsumen tidak akan bosan untuk datang berbelanja di Stadion Kota Bangkalan.
