Abstract

Zakat is not just a reward-oriented worship, but also a social and humanitarian sense. The existence of zakat can help the economy of the community, especially mustahik. Activity restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic have affected economic activity nationally which then has an impact on the economy. BAZNAS Banten Province, is an official body formed by the government which has the task and function of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) to the community. BAZNAS Banten Province during the covid-19 pandemic had steps and programs on the utilization of zakat to help mustahik in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic. Whether or not the program is effective is an interesting thing to study. The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the steps and programs carried out by BAZNAS Banten Province to help the mustahik economy during the covid-19 pandemic (2) to determine the effect of zakat on the mustahik economy level during the covid-19 pandemic (3) to find out how is the sharia economic review on the effect of zakat on the mustahik economic level during the covid-19 pandemic by BAZNAS Banten Province. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research (mix methods). The sample of this study includes the total population of 33 people. Analysis of the research data using simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study are that there are various programs and steps taken by BAZNAS Banten Province during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program includes mustahik training programs, business assistance programs, and workshop activities. Then from the results of the simple regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, there is a positive influence of zakat on the economic level of mustahik during the covid-19 pandemic by BAZNAS Banten Province. Likewise with the review of Islamic economic law, the effect of zakat on the mustahik's economic level is in accordance with the law, because its implementation is in accordance with the law of distributing zakat. This is also reinforced by the issuance of MUI fatwa no. 23 of 2020 concerning the Utilization of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Assets for Overcoming the Covid-19 Outbreak is allowed.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial sehingga untuk menyambung kehidupan sehari-hari mereka memerlukan interaksi dengan sesamanya. Di dalam sebuah masyarakat tentunya tidak lepas dari tradisi, karena tradisi kebudayaan akan selalu melekat pada diri masyarakat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wisata religi makam Syekh Asnawi Caringin pada pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat wisata religi di pemakaman Syekh Asnawi di desa Caringin. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata atau lisan dari orang-orang yang ditemui, dan perilaku yang diamati. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di sekitar penziarahan Syekh Asnawi Caringin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Pengembangan wisata religi ini bermanfaat bagi pengelola makam, pedagang dan Wisatawan. Jumlah kendala yang terjadi pada pengembangan wisata religi Makam Syekh Asnawi Caringin sendiri terbilang cukup sedikit, akan tetapi berpengaruh besar kepada pengembangan wisata religi. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan kendala yang terjadi di makam syekh asnawi ini dengan cara bermusyarah baik dari pihak pengurus makam, pedagang dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, often abbreviated as MSMEs, are small-scale independent community economic activities whose management is carried out by community groups, families or individuals. MSMEs have an important role in the economy because they can create jobs, encourage economic growth, and promote entrepreneurship. Digitalization often aims to increase productivity, save time, and facilitate easier access to information and services. Digitalization is an important need for MSMEs to survive in increasingly fierce competition. Implementing digital transformation can increase operational efficiency, revenue, and change organizational culture to be more adaptive to change. The Community Service Program method is divided into 3 main stages. Stage 1 is the survey and socialization stage, stage 2 is the implementation of activities and stage 3 is evaluation. This research focuses on strategies implemented to increase knowledge and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Teluk Village in the era of digitalization. The aim is to analyze how the application of digital technology can be a catalyst in the growth of MSMEs and its impact on the local economy. Research methods involve surveys and interviews. The research results highlight the importance of digital training, access to online platforms, and collaboration between stakeholders, such as government, business people and academics. These findings illustrate that digitalization not only allows MSMEs to reach a wider market, but also encourages innovation and operational efficiency. Through an in-depth understanding of these dynamics, this study provides valuable guidance for decision makers at local and national levels to support the sustainable growth of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Tourism plays a major role in boosting the global economy by educating about the nature, culture and diversity of a region. Halal tourism, which conforms to Islamic principles, provides Muslim-friendly facilities. Pandeglang Regency has great potential to become the centre of halal tourism in Banten as the majority of the population is Muslim. However, its development has not been optimal due to lack of infrastructure, government support, and community readiness. This study aims to evaluate the potential, obstacles, and solutions of halal tourism development in Pandeglang with qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The objectives in this study are (1) to find out how the potential of halal tourism development in Pandeglang district, (2) to find out what are the obstacles to the potential of halal tourism development in Pandeglang district and (3) to find out how the solution of halal tourism development in Pandeglang district. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach that describes and discusses the state of the object under study based on existing facts. The data used in this research is primary data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, it was analysed using the analysis method of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the development of halal tourism in Pandeglang regency has begun to be carried out slowly, even though the development of halal tourism in Pandeglang regency has been carried out slowly.
