Abstract

Waqf has great potential to improve society’s welfare. Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk is one of the innovative instruments to develop waqf in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to develop a strategy for implementing CWLS management in supporting the economic development of the people in Indonesia. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method with Super Decision Software is used in this study to identify problems, solutions, and management strategies for Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWSL) in order to encourage economic empowerment of the people. The main challenges in dealing with Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk in Indonesia are regulatory issues, Sharia, trust, IT systems, and human resources. Sharia solutions, regulations, IT systems, trust, and HR solutions are all available to help manage CSWL. Transparency and accountability strategies, improving the quality of nazhir individuals and institutions, risk management, computerising waqf management, expanding socialisation of the benefits of Cash Waqf Sukuk, optimising investment and collaboration with stakeholders, collecting waqf through E-Waq, and the establishment of waqf educational institutions are some of the strategies that can be used to build the economic empowerment of the people in Indonesia

Abstract

The environment is the main thing that needs to be preserved by humans, the problems that often occur in this country are not spared from environmental problems. So that this problem is not only the individual responsibility of a State but also the responsibility of all human beings in the world. This article aims to describe the concept of a green economy in an effort to increase community income through the use of yard land that plays a role in environmental conservation in the form of coolness, harmony, beauty, and even helping to mitigate greenhouse gases. The research was conducted qualitatively using literature analysis tools or review of review.  Literature review studies are a method used by researchers to collect data or find out sources related to this topic that can be obtained from various sources such as journals, books, the internet, and other sources. The data was obtained by searching for literature sources.  The result in this study is that the green economy is an economic behavioral concept that pays attention to economic growth along with the concept of preventing damage to the natural environment and declining environmental quality. Which results in an increase in human well-being and social well-being.  One of them is the use of yard land which currently focuses on vegetable cultivation businesses that can meet family needs and be sold to increase family income.  By preserving theenvironment the family's income increases, human welfare and social welfare will be fulfilled.

Abstract

The people of Pringsewu district are well-known for being religious with Islam as the religion of the majority of the population. The location of Pringsewu Regency is one of the busiest routes in Lampung Province to a number of provinces on the west coast of Sumatra, making Pringsewu Regency very potential for the development of the trade and service sector, both small, medium and large trading businesses. Pringsewu is a market for home-based bottled refill drinking water products which has the potential to become the target of domestic and foreign producers. Based on this, researchers conducted research on the factors that influence halal certification in an effort to fulfill consumer satisfaction of home-packaged refill drinking water in Pringsewu district. Considering that not all of the products available on the market have a halal certificate from the BPJPH institution. The purpose of the research conducted was to describe the effect of halal certification on home bottled drinking water businesses in an effort to fulfill consumer satisfaction in Pringsewu district, to describe the factors that influence halal certification of home bottled refill drinking water businesses in an effort to fulfill consumer satisfaction in Pringsewu District, and describes consumer perceptions of the implementation of halal certification in home-packaged refill drinking water businesses in Pringsewu District. This research is a research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants used were 24 business actors and consumers in Pringsewu Regency, Gadingrejo District and Ambarawa District. This study found that the implementation of halal certification has not had a positive effect on home-packaged refill drinking water businesses in an effort to fulfill consumer satisfaction in Pringsewu Regency. This is due to several factors, including; there is no awareness of halal business actors, there is no socialization of halal certification from the government and BPJPH institutions, lack of knowledge and understanding of halal certification, limited capital, busyness factors, less harmonious relations between business actors, halal certification has not been considered an urgent and familiar need, and lack of consumer concern for business actors in efforts to implement halal certification.
