Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional Dan Persepsi Keadilan Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), dan persepsi keadilan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasional, Persepsi Keadilan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) AbstractThis study examines the Effect of Organizational Commitment and Perception of Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) (Study on Employees of PT. Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang). The population in this study were all employees at PT. Milkfish Juwana Elrina Semarang. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable had a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and the perception of fairness had a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Perception of Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb)
