<![CDATA[Abstrak UMKM adalah, usaha yang dijalankan baik secara perorangan maupun badan usaha yag modalnya masih tergolong relatif sederhana yang dijalankan untuk tujuan mendapatkan laba usaha sehingga mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan. Perkembangan UMKM saat ini terbilang cukup pesat. Namun, seiring perkembangan tersebut, tantangan yang dihadapi masyarakat khsusunya pelaku UMKM juga meningkat. Dalam upaya mencapai kesejahteran untuk pelaku usaha maka diperlukan pelaksanaan konsep produktifitas, melalui program pemberian pelatihan dan bimbingan konsutasi pada pelaku usaha. Objek pelaku usaha dalam penelitian ini adala UMKM Bedda Lotong Lariza. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan konsep produktifitas ini adalah memecahkan masalah yang ditemukan melalui observasi, wawancara, sehingga dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi sehingga tingkat kesejahteraan dapat dicapai.Kata Kunci : Konsep Produktifitas, Kesejahteraan, UMKM AbstractUMKM is business which is run either individually or as business entities whose capital is still relatively simple, which is run for the purpose of obtaining operating profits so as to achieve a level of welfare.
