<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Mesindo Tekninesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 182 karyawan dan sampel yang dihasilkan yaitu berjumlah 125 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Korelasi antara Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,694. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 18,1%. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 34,6%. Terdapat pengaruh simultan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mesindo Tekninesia sebesar 52,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline on employee performance at PT Mesindo Tekninesia. The research method used is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 182 employees and the resulting sample amounted to 125 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The correlation between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline has a strong relationship, which is 0.694. There is a partial effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Performance of 18.1%. There is a partial effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of 34.6%.
