Abstract

Al-Qur’an, as a guidance of life is not doubtful at all, truly able to give a right direction for all human problems in this world, including how to educate the children. One of the directions and guidances about how to educate the children given by Al-Qur’an is Surat Luqman (31) verse 12-19. Based on the findings of this study, the researcher concludes that the content of ahlaq education for children stated in Surat Luqman (31) verse 12-19 are: (1) thankful to Allah, to parents, and to be a strong moslem; (2) devoting to the parents; (3) ordering to do the right things and avoiding the bad things; (4) be patient; and (5) do not arrogant. Those ahlaq content are still relevant to this contemporary children education.

Abstract

There are two categories of hoarding fuel. One of them is ihtikaar and the other one is not ihtikaar. The hoarder of fuel that is included ihtikaar deserves punishment with certain conditions. The punishment is ta’ziir. While the executant that is not included ihtikaar has no problem. The hoarded fuel is seized by the state. However, the state does not deserve to possess it totally and automatically. The state is arbitrary and inequitable if it possesses the seized fuel totally.

Abstract

Saifuddin Ibrahim yang murtad dari Islam menuduh bahwa ada 300 ayat al-Qur’an yang mengajarkan kekerasan kepada umat manusia (terutama kaum muslimin). Oleh karena itu, ia merekomendasikan agar ayat-ayat tersebut direvisi bahkan dihapuskan dari al-Qur’an karena terorisme tidak akan pernah hilang dari dunia ini selama ayat-ayat tersebut menjadi bacaan generasi muda Islam yang mengajarkan kekerasan bahkan penghilangan nyawa kepada umat agama lainnya. Salah satu ayat al-Qur’an yang menjadi pemicu utama tindakan terorisme adalah QS. Al-Anfal (8) ayat 60. Dalam ayat tersebut terdapat dua kata yang ia klaim sebagai dasar utama melakukan aksi teror, yaitu quwwah dan turhibuun. Penulis mengkritisi tuduhan terhadap ajaran Islam tersebut dengan melihat dari beberapa perspektif, yaitu historis (asbabun nuzul dan fakta sejarah), interpretasi ulama (kitab-kitab tafsir), dan dalil naqli (al-Qur’an dan Hadits). Hasilnya, Islam sama sekali tidak mengajarkan dan tidak membenarkan tindakan terorisme.
