Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi remaja merupakan satu masalah remaja yang berakar dari kurangnya informasi, pemahaman, kesadaran untuk mencapai keadaan sehat secara reproduksi. Untuk mengurangi permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya perlakuan dengan perawatan pada organ reproduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh video animasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang perawatan organ reproduksi pada remaja putri di SMP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Malang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif menggunakan metode desain pre-experimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini siswi kelas VIII berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik non probability. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner secara langsung dan bentuk intervensi dengan melihat dan mendengarkan video animasi. Hasil penelitian tingkat pengetahuan terdapat perubahan yang sebelumnya pada hasil pretest kategori baik meningkat dari 23% menjadi 73%, kategori cukup, dari 47% menjadi 27%, dan kategori kurang 30% menjadi 0%. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon terdapat pengaruh signifikan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang perawatan organ reproduksi pada remaja putri di SMP Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Malang (P value 0,000). Dengan demikian video animasi dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu media edukasi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang perawatan organ reproduksi Adolescent health is teenage problem that from lack information, understanding, and awareness to achieve reproductive health. To reduce problems, there is need treatment for reproductive organs. The purpose of study to determine the effect of animated video knowledge about reproductive organ treatment in girlsat Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Junior High School Malang. This type of quantitative research uses a pre-experimental design method with one group pretest-posttest approach. Population of this research class VIII students totaling 30 people. Sampling technique used non-probability techniques. Data retrieval using direct questionnaires and forms of intervention by watching and listening animated videos. Results study showed that there was change level of knowledge previously in pretest results in good category increasing from 23% to 73%, sufficient category, from 47% to 27%, and poor category from 30% to 0%. Based on results of the Wilcoxon test, Asymp.Sig value is 0.000 there is difference learning outcomes pretest and posttest can conclude that there is an effect of animated video on knowledge about reproductive organ treatment in girls at Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Junior High School Malang. Therefore, Animated videos can recommended educational medium to increase knowledge about Reproductive Organ Treatment.

Abstract

Diarrhea remains a serious health problem in Indonesia, especially among primary school children. Riskesdas 2018 recorded a prevalence of 6.2% in children aged 5-14 years. Cases in Tulungagung reached 15,639 in 2018, and at the Kedungwaru Health Center, diarrhea ranked sixth with 16 cases in Januari 2025. It highlights the importance of prevention through effective health education, such as with animated videos. Knowing the influence of health education using animated video media on increasing students' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea prevention at Primary School. This study is a pre-experimental quantitative study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 37 students in grades 4 and 5 who were taken with the total sampling technique. Knowledge and attitude data were measured using questionnaires and analyzed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. There was an increase in knowledge from an average of 71.86 to 92.00 (p = 0.000) and an increase in attitude from 47.11 to 54.57 (p = 0.000). Increased knowledge from 54% in the category to 97.3% in the good category. Positive attitudes increased from 56.8% to 75.7%. Health education using animated video media has been shown to be effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of elementary school students in the prevention of diarrhea
