Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of business environment, product innovation and Entrepreneurial Secret to strategic alliance as well Analyzing the influence of the business environment, product innovation, Entrepreneurial Secret and strategic alliances on competitive advantage. This study population is Manager and assistant manager in every area of Bank BCA in Central Java and Yogyakarta period 2020 which amounted to 124 people. The sampling technique in this research uses a sampling census which means the entire population is used as the research sample. This means that the sample used totaled 124 Managers and assistant managers in each area of Bank BCA in Central Java and Yogyakarta. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the business environment has a significant effect on strategic alliances. Product innovation has a significant effect on strategic alliances. Entrepreneurial Secret has a significant effect on strategic alliances. The business environment has no effect on competitiveness. Product innovation has no effect on competitiveness. Entrepreneurial Secret has a significant effect on competitiveness. Strategic alliances have a significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar lulusan perguruan tinggi mampu berkiprah dalam pembangunan sesuai relevansi pendidikannya dapat dilakukan upaya penelusuran terhadap lulusannya (tracer study) melalui penelitian. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian laksanakan pada dunia usaha dan industri diwilayah tempat para alumni bekerja. Data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui angket selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kinerja lulusan Program Studi D-3 Manajemen Administrasi ASM Ariyanti menunjukkan bahwa pengguna lulusan menilai kinerja lulusan program studi manajemen administrasi ASM Ariyanti dengan rata-rata dalam kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lulusan program studi D-3 manajemen administrasi ASM Ariyanti merupakan lulusan yang dapat bekerja dan berkiprah di berbagai tempat, dengan hasil yang sangat baik dalam segi etika, keahlian ilmu, kemampuan komunikasi, bekerjasama, dan pengembangan diri. Sedangkan kemampuan berbahasa asing dan penggunaan teknologi informasi lulusan program studi manajemen administrasi ASM Ariyanti dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisis evaluasi kinerja lulusan tersebut harus segera ditindaklanjuti dengan: perbaikan proses pembelajaran (penyelenggaraan mata kuliah pendidikan karakter, kewirausahaan, komunikasi interpersonal), pelatihan ICT dan pelatihan softskill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) terhadap visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran (VMTS) Akademi Sekretari dan Manajemen (ASM) Ariyanti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kepada. dosen/tenaga pengajar, tenaga kependidikan/staf, mahasiswa/i, alumni, dan stakeholder terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabel untuk melihat persentase tingkat pemahaman pemangku kepentingan terhadap VMTS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden dari kelima kelompok pemangku kepentingan memahami visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran Akademi Sekretari dan Manajemen (ASM) Ariyanti, dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 84,77%. Namun, terdapat beberapa responden yang hanya cukup paham atau kurang paham terhadap VMTS tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian juga melakukan pengukuran terhadap cangkupan sasaran visi dan misi, dukungan visi dan misi terhadap atmosfer civitas akademika, pelayanan administrasi yang menunjang pencapaian visi dan misi, dan strategi pencapaian visi dan misi yang dilakukan

Abstract

Performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks given to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership and Remuneration on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Mediating Variable at Squadron-31/Serbu Semarang. The population in this study was 51 employees at Squadron-31/Serbu Semarang. So that 50 members of the population except the Commander became respondents in this research or saturated sample/Population Study. This research variable uses exogenous variables consisting of Leadership and Remuneration and 2 endogenous variables, namely work discipline as mediation and employee performance. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis using SEM-PLS. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that Leadership has no effect on Work Discipline, Remuneration has an effect on Work Discipline, Leadership has an effect on Employee Performance, Remuneration has an effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has no effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given to future researchers are to conduct research on other organizations with larger samples, so that the research results can be generalized. Apart from that, you can replace the independent variable because there are still other variables that can influence it based on the coefficient of determination
