Abstract

         The presented its title in The civil society concept of Muhammad Hatta. Based on the political philosophy. This is critically discussing the real concept of Muhammad Hatta, which is finding the systematical explanation and the coherence of the civil society  concept of Muhammad Hatta as one of though the political philosophy. The main goal is to know the civilian concept of Muhammad Hatta for the political plan of our nation and our country now days           Muhammad Hatta stated that the fairness of a democratic country and guide the society without the discrimination become the basic idea in thinking and the struggle about the country, so the country is a real republic country based on the society using the decentralization and the enhance the district area.  Keywords : The Fairness Of a Democratic Country.

Abstract

Abstract The essential of Pancasila Democracy teaches the openness. The openness is a condition to make democracy has function, citizen politic participation would not exist without the openness. Regional autonomy is regional authority to arrange, and manage the interest of local people according to its initiative. Regional autonomy gives a wide chance to the people to be participated in their regional management in order to create collective prosperity. Tha active participation of people to the democratic economy development process by means of togetherness which is has mutual benefit as the participation process from, by, and to the people. Autonomy covered the competence to discuss, consider, choose, and do different act inside the private or public to achieve democracy or public beneficience. The connection between the regional as a fair framework, and the people as the agents who can determine. The connection between village as a independent law institution or based structure of law, the institutions, and the idea about democracy as a autonomous determiner. The characteristic of democracy connection and regional autonomy are political thoughts, where focusing region as a powerful position in the society. Abstract

Sharia economics has been discussed lately, which is all lines call sharia. Islamic banks, sharia pawnshops, sharia insurance, sharia gold, scattered as if fight for sharia title, which is resulted in doubt into the sharia itself. Sharia economy have the complexity and complicated situations, when faced to market management phenomena and wider relugation as well as implications and solutions of sharia economy. Sharia economy in Pancasila perspective becomes important to be lifted with consideration that sharia economy growth in Indonesia, managed by many private sector, it shows where the position of state in this context along with widespread of decentralization issue. Public support for sharia economy is strengthening, sharia economy not just calling or spreading syaria in his efforts but requires the provisions of the Qur'an and Hadith. Economic concepts practically relate to various issues, political, legal, social, cultural, religious and so forth. economic enforcement adopted by the Indonesian people ideologically refers to Pancasila which means incorporating the values of Pancasila in it.
