<![CDATA[Makalah ini membahas mengenai overall equipment effectiveness. OEE ini ialah pengukuran tingkat efektivitas pemakaian suatu mesin/peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performansi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan ketiga faktor diatas jika nilai OEE berada di bawah nilai standar sebesar 84% maka perlu dilakukan analisis six big losses untuk mengetahui kerugian yang mengakibatkan rendahnya nilai OEE. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2015, dari perhitungan didapatkan  rata-rata nilai OEE yaitu sebesar 55,192%. Nilai tersebut berada di bawah nilai standar sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan faktor-faktor nilai OEE. The OEE is the measurement of the effectiveness of the use of a machine / equipment with counting machine availability, performance and quality of the products produced. Based on the three factors above if the OEE value is below the standard value of 84% it is necessary to analyze the six big losses to determine the losses that resulted in low OEE value. The study was conducted in February-March 2015, from the calculation, the average value that is equal to 55.192% OEE. This value is below the standard value so it is necessary to repair a system that can improve the factors of OEE values.
