<![CDATA[Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode MBCFPE untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan sehingga dapat melihat kinerja lembaga pendidikan. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini khususnya pada fokus operasi. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan survey, membuat profil organisasi serta membuat dokumen aplikasi. Pada penelitian ini, didapatkan skor untuk kategori fokus operasi 34 poin dari 85 poin, dan kategori hasil produk dan proses 18 poin dari 120 poin.Pendekatan ini akan menimbulkan kekuatan (Strength) dan peluang-peluang perbaikan (Opportunity for Improvement, OFI) yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam hal peningkatan performansi kinerja. Skor keseluruhan untuk MBCFPE Yayasan X sebesar 278 poin dari 1000 poin berada pada tingkatan kinerja “early resultâ€. The analysis performed in this research specifically on the operation focus. Stages of research begins by collecting data through interviews and surveys, make organizational profile and make the application documents. In this study, obtained scores for the operation focus category is 34 points out 85 points, and products and processes result category is 18 points out 120 points.
