Abstract

The Literature Review of the Implementation of Solid-State Drive on User Experience and User Satisfaction is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research within the scope of Management Information Systems. This literature review article uses the library research method, sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Solid State Drive affects User Experience; 2) Solid State Drives affect User Satisfaction; 3) User Experience influences User Satisfaction. Apart from these exogenous variables that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors, including variables: Software, Malware and User Interface.

Abstract

The article Literature Review of Mutation Analysis and Turnover Intention: Work Environment is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables that can be used in further research. The writing method used in this study is the library research method, the sources of which come from Google Scholar, Mendeley, and previous articles that are relevant to this research. The results of this study are: 1) The work environment is related to mutations; 2) The work environment is related to Turnover Intention; and 3) Mutations related to Turnover Intention. Apart from the exogenous variables above that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors including leadership, wages and coworkers.

Abstract

The article Effects of Communication and Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty and Performance is a scientific literature study within the scope of Human Resource Management science. This article aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables, which can later use in further research. In addition, this study aims to see the effect of communication within the organization and leadership style on employee loyalty and performance. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. A descriptive qualitative method, library research, from e-books and open access e-journals. Sourced from previous research that is relevant to this research. The results of this article are: 1) Communication affects Employee Loyalty; 2) Leadership Style influences Employee Loyalty; 3) Communication has an effect on Employee Loyalty; 4) Leadership Style influences Employee Performance; and 5) Employee Loyalty influences Employee Performance.
