<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pendaftaran hak atas tanah di Kabupaten Bone; dan mengetahui dan menganalisis factor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pendaftaran hak atas tanah di Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan tipe peenelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pendaftaran hak atas tanah pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bone masih kurang efektif. Ini dilihat dari kurangnya transparansi dan keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat, serta masih banyaknya penyimpangan pelayanan yang dilakukan dalam proses penerbitan sertifikat hak atas tanah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan pendaftaran hak atas tanah di Kabupaten Bone adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor sumber daya manusia aparat, faktor sarana dan fasilitas, faktor kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan faktor budaya hukum masyarakat. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of land rights registration in the Bone Regency and to know and analyse what factors influence the effectiveness of land rights registration in the Bone Regency. The type of research that will be conducted is descriptive research with the type of empirical legal research. The results showed that the effectiveness of registration of land rights at the Land Office of Bone Regency was still less effective. This can be seen from the lack of transparency and disclosure of information to the public, as well as the many deviations in services carried out in the process of issuing land rights certificates.
