Abstract

The quality of an organization's performance is seen in a quality structure, especially in the commitment that is born from all elements of the organization, and work disciplines that become habits and culture. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of government employees in the city of Makassar simultaneously, and partially to achieve the target. The object of this research is the financial management employee at the SKPD in the city of Makassar with 60 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from employees through the distribution of questionnaires at the SKPD office in Makassar City. The analytical method of this research is a quantitative approach (Quantitative approach) with the help of the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study indicate that discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial management employees at SKPD in Makassar City. Where organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant value on the performance of financial management employees at SKPD in Makassar City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee performance at PT. CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Makassar Branch in realizing dominance in competition with other companies where these efforts are closely related to human resources which influence employee performance in the company and are capital assets in the company. The population targeted for this research are parties related to the performance of PT employees. CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Makassar Branch, a total of 39 people, and all of them became respondents using questionnaires and data analysis tools. The results of this research show that from the results of the analysis of employee performance at PT. CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Makassar branch, by looking at several aspects such as education, references, experience, health, work behavior, work characteristics and personal characteristics, found that all aspects of the assessment during the recruitment process had a very positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competency and application of information technology on the quality of financial reports of theMaros Regency DPRD Secretariat partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population that will be sampled as 65 people, with a withdrawal technique. The sample uses a saturated sample, that is, the entire population will be used as a sample of 65 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the partial t test, simultaneous F test and determination test (R2). The research results obtained are (1) Competency has a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial reports of theMaros Regency DPRD Secretariat, (2) Application of Information Technology has a positive and non-significant influence on the quality ofMaros Regency DPRD Secretariat's financial reports, (3) Competency and application of Information Technology in general Simultaneous Positive and Significant Influence on the Quality of Financial Reports of theMaros Regency DPRD Secretariat. Competence has a dominant influence on the quality of theMaros Regency DPRD Secretariat's financial reports.
