Abstract

Dalam makalah ini, kami ingin menjelaskan secara singkat bagaimana peran profesi jasa engineering teknik mesin dalam pengingkatan kemmapuan manajemen dan teknologi nasional dalam pelaksanaan proyek-proyek pembangunan di sektor tersebut di atas teruatama proyek-proyek berteknologi menengah dan tinggi dan bagaimana perkembangannya di Indonesia sejak tahun 1968.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkolaborasi pemasaran produk ekonomi berbasis digital dalam UMKM, ekonomi digital pemasaran produk secara digital ini dapat membantu masyarakat Ngronggo untuk mengembangkan dan membantu perekonomian pada masa krisis ini agar jauh lebih baik, digital infrastruktur komunikasi berbasis digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif secara analisis terhadap perubahan ekonomi digital dari sektor pemasaran produk UMKM yang berbasis digital. Kata digital sama artinya dengan angka, digital merupakan kata yang dapat mewakili peralatan seperti komputer, kamera digital, handphone, MP3 player, CD, DVD, kalkulator, scanner, email, Internet. Dari sudut pandang perubahan ekonomi, adanya perubahan perkembangan ekonomi digital pada UKM di wilayah Ngronggo dapat memunculkan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakatnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to present an Islamic perspective overview of the typology of muslim family welfare in Pontianak City, focusing on the fulfillment of both material and spiritual welfare indicators. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology, utilizing primary data sources complemented by secondary data. The population source comprises all muslim families in Pontianak City, spanning six sub-districts: South Pontianak, Southeast Pontianak, East Pontianak, West Pontianak, Pontianak Kota, and North Pontianak. Accidental sampling is employed as the sampling technique, resulting in a total sample size of 90 respondents. The analysis tool employed is the CIBEST measuring instrument, categorizing the CIBEST Quadrant into four areas: welfare, spiritual poverty, material poverty, and absolute poverty. The findings reveal a typology of muslim family welfare in Pontianak City, divided into two quadrants: 1) Quadrant I (Material and spiritual welfare) with the highest percentage among other quadrants, and 2) Quadrant II (Material poverty) with a percentage of less than 5 families.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the potential of hotel tax and hotel tax contribution to regional revenue which is owned by the City of Tangerang. The method used is quantitative descriptive, namely research by collecting data in the form of figures and calculate and explain the data. The data collection techniques is done by documentation and study of literature.       The results showed that the contribution of hotel tax to PAD Tangerang City is still very small, but it has great potential. Taxes contribution to revenue in 2011-2014 was always declining. In 2011, the contribution amounted to 4.01%, 2012 amounted to 3.38%, 2013 amounted to 3.27% and in 2014 amounted to 2.57%. Meanwhile, the comparison between the realization of the potential of hotel tax revenues in 2011-2014 was always increasing. In 2011 amounted to 6.35%, 2012 amounted to 5,33%, 2013 amountd to 8,26% and 2014 amounted to 46.77%. It can be concluded that the realization of hotel tax revenues in Tangerang does not reflect the real potential. Therefore, the Office of Financial Management should further optimize Tangerang City hotel tax revenues in order to increase local revenue. Keywords: Hotel Tax Contribution, Hotel Tax Potential, Regional Revenue,                 Tangerang City.
