Abstract

SMA Cerdas Mandiri Batam adalah sekolah menengah atas swasta yang berakreditasi A dan berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Komunitas Kasih Indonesia (YKKI). Sekolah ini didirikan pada 7 April 2015 dan beralamat di Komplek Center Park Blok III No.03, Batam Center, Kota Batam. Proses pengelolaan data sekolah yang dilaksanakan oleh SMA Cerdas Mandiri saat ini belum dapat sepenuhnya mendukung proses kegiatan operasional sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan proses pencatatan data masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Google Sheets dan tidak ada batasan akses pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen sekolah berbasis website pada SMA Cerdas Mandiri. Perancangan sistem manajemen sekolah berbasis website menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum, framework VueJS sebagai front-end dan Laravel sebagai back-end, serta MySQL sebagai database. Dengan adanya sistem manajemen sekolah ini, diharapkan dapat membantu SMA Cerdas Mandiri dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasional sekolah serta mengatasi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi.

Abstract

Nowadays, college students don’t have much time to spend in the university canteen and waiting for food in long queues. Sometimes they will not get food because of insufficient rest time. The study aims to develop a web-based ordering system that focuses on mobile and includes a recommendation system. This project helps students to find out information on menu availability and place orders for food menus earlier without having to stand in long queues. The website was built using frameworks such as Nuxt and Laravel along with Agile Scrum method. The website was then used to analyze the effectiveness usage of the ordering system using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hypothesis testing was carried out through linear regression using SmartPLS software. The results of this study expected to be useful and improve the services, avoid long queues and also save time in placing orders without being affected by rest hours.
