Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing communication by word of mouth of ‘angkringan’ culinary offerings in Mangkubumi area, Yogyakarta. The research data consists primary and secondary data. Research period start on December 2014 until February 2015. The samples consist one hundred respondents. Sampling method is non-probability sampling, with the convenience sampling technique. The research variables are dependent variable (Y) consumer buying decisions, Keputusan Pembelian and five independent variables, namely: WOM-Talkers (X1), WOM-Topics (X2), WOM-Tools (X3), WOM-Taking Part (X4) and WOM-Tracking (X5). The results shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 47.30%. It means that the amount of variation in the percentage of Keputusan Pembelian can be explained by five independent variables 47.30% while the remaining 52.70% is explained by other causes beyond the model. The results of t-test shows that there are only two independent variables (WOM-Talkers and WOM-Topics) has a significant influences on Keputusan Pembelian while three other independent variables (WOM-Tools, WOM-Taking Part and WOM-Tracking) does not have a significant influences on Keputusan Pembelian on ‘angkringan’ culinary offerings in Mangkubumi area, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Bankruptcy prediction is one of the main issues in the classification of firms. Now a days, various models and researches are used for bankruptcy prediction. The purpose of this study is to present the theoritical bases of the research and com-pare the results obtained firm applying the Altman, Springate and Zmijewski mo-dels for firm bankruptcy prediction. Thus, we selected a sample of 12 food and be-verage manufacture companies, listed companies on Bursa Efek Indoinesia (BEI) and the data collected during the period 2009-2012 were tested. Multiple discri-minant analysis and Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric methods were applied for da-ta analysis. The result suggest that there is a significant difference between the three models in bankruptcy prediction.

Abstract

This paper attempts to analyze the financial performance of Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The study is based on secondary data covering the period from 2008 until 2011. Financial ratios includes Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Rasio Efisiensi Operasional (REO) or Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Non Performing Financing (NPF) or Non Performing Loan (NPL), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) or Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA). The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Six bank samples are two conventional banks (Bank BNI dan Bank BTN)and four Islamic banks (Bank Muamalat, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank BRI Syariah and Bank Mega Syariah). Independent Samples t-Test used to analyze the financial performance comparison between them. The result of study shows that there are no significant differences in the level of financial performance (which is proxied by the variable ratio of CAR, NPF or NPL, REO or BOPO, FDR or LDR and ROA) between Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception on the Decision to Purchase Generic Drugs in Yogyakarta City. This type of survey research with quantitative associative approach. The population is the people of Yogyakarta City who have ever consumed generic drugs, the research sample is 100 respondents, purposive sampling. Research data includes primary data and secondary data. The results of the t test show that there is a significant effect of Knowledge Level on Purchase Decisions (0.000 < 0.05); Consumer Perception has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the F test show that there is a significant effect of the level of knowledge and consumer perceptions simultaneously on purchasing decisions (0.000 < 0.05). The regression equation shows that the coefficient of Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception are both positive, meaning that the increasing Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception will be followed by an increase in Purchase Decision. Adjusted R2 value that the Level of Knowledge and Consumer Perception is able to explain the Purchase Decision of 66.5%. The strong relationship between Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception of Purchase Decisions is 82% or very strong. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Knowledge Level, Consumer Perception, Generic Drugs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health of Bank BRI period 2014-2016 in terms of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital (RGEC). Research data in the form of secondary data in the form of RGEC financial ratios. The data of RGEC's financial ratios are: Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return on Assets (ROA). The result of the research concludes that based on RGEC analysis, Bank BRI is in composite-1 (PK-1) or Very Healthy for the period during its research period

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Internal Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Perception. This type of research is a survey research, with a quantitative approach. The research sample of 50 employees of the District and District Empowerment Office of Wonogiri District. The research data are primary data obtained through questionnaires with alternative answers using a five-point Likert scale, with saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation are broken down into three hypotheses that are tested by t test and F test. T test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between Internal Communication on Employee Performance Perception with a significance value of 0,000 and there is also a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Perception with a significance value of 0.012. F Test results show that there is a significant influence between Internal Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Perception with a significance value of 0,000. The multiple linear regression equation also shows the corresponding relationship with the results of the partial test or its t test, namely: Y = 29,671 + 1,098 X1 + 0,171 X2 + . ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Komunikasi Internal dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Pegawai. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian survey, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Wonogiri. Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan alternatif jawaban menggunakan skala Likert lima poin, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dijabarkan menjadi tiga hipotesis yang diuji dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi Internal terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan juga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Pegawai nilai signifikansi 0,012. Hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Komunikasi Internal dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Persamaan regresi linier berganda juga menunjukkan hubungan yang sesuai dengan hasil uji parsial atau Uji t nya, yaitu: Y = 29,671 + 1,098 X1 + 0,171 X2 + e. Kata kunci: komunikasi internal, budaya organisasi, Persepsi Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lima dimensi kualitaslayanan, yaitu: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy terhadapKepuasan Pemustaka (Library Users) di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi “YKP” Yogyakarta.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif di tahun akademik 2017/2018,dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 mahasiswa. Data penelitian berupa data primer yangdiperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dimana alternatif jawaban menggunakanskala Likert. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dua dimensi kualitas layanan, yaituTangibles dan Responsiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka(Library Users). Sedangkan tiga dimensi lainnya, yaitu Reliability, Assurance dan Empathytidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka (Library Users)Oleh karena hanya dua dimensi kualitas layanan yang berpengaruh signifikanterhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka (Library Users) maka disarankan untuk meningkatkankualitas layanan perpustakaan, antara lain dengan menambah jumlah koleksi buku,memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang up to date, misal: fasilitas digital library, penataankoleksi buku yang lebih rapi dan meningkatkan kebersihan ruangan perpustakaan.Kata kunci : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy
