Abstract

Character education in face-to-face learning is limited to what must be prepared because the teacher is in the learning process and the meeting is very short. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characters that occur in PTMT on IPS loads . the method used in this research is qualitative. By using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using structured observation methods, interviews used are semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis used to collect data, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the data using source trangulation. The results in the study illustrate that the characters formed are disciplined, independent and responsible. Therefore, independent discipline and important responsibility during the learning process can have an impact on the behavior of students inside and outside the classroom. Character education in elementary schools does not add right and wrong to students. However, it must be able to instill good habits, so that participants feel they understand, feel and do these good things. Forming the character of shared responsibility with the government, community, parents and teachers, which requires balanced cooperation. Abstract

The Guided Discovery model emphasizes the active involvement of students in learning that is oriented towards discovery activities with teacher guidance. This study aims to determine the effect of the Guided Discovery learning model on students' learning motivation. Guided Discovery is directly involved in discovering concepts and principles and the role of the teacher encourages students to have experiences that allow them to discover independently. Changing the mindset of students who only receive complex information from the teacher towards the mindset of students getting information independently. Learning will run well and creatively if the teacher provides opportunities for students to discover concepts, principles, theories, rules, through examples found in the surrounding environment. This study used a quasi-experimental method conducted in class IV. odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of data analysis obtained that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.03 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Guided Discovery learning model on students' learning motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of science process skills on temperature and heat material through the aspect of measuring skills in learning by students at SDN 015 Samarinda Ulu. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the subjects of this study were home teachers of class V, students of grade V, and parents of students of grade V. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation and then the data were analyzed using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The type of triangulation used is source triangulation. Teachers and parents have made efforts so that students always work on assignments regarding measurement, among others, by always reminding students about the assignments that have been given by the teacher, parents will also encourage students to carry out assignments or do assignments. As for the stages of implementing learning regarding measurement, namely the homeroom teacher will provide a brief explanation regarding the implementation process of learning about measurement and practicum media that will be used so that students can immediately carry out practicum at home with the assistance of their parents, and to see the results of practicum students the teacher gives assignments to students related to practical results.
