Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction in PT. Lolc Ventura BSD branch, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research was quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling where 105 respondents were obtained. Data analysis was performed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 16,179 + 0,594X1 where the correlation value obtained was 0.421. This value indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination found was 42.1%. In hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (8.657% > 0.192%). Thus, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which indicated a significant effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Work discipline had a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.276 + 0.616X2 and a correlation value of 0.621 which indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination was 38.5%. In hypothesis testing, obtained tarithmetic > ttable or (8.031% > 0.192%) which indicated that H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. These results indicated that there was a significant effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. Work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on job staisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.154 + 0.404X1 + 0.375X2. The correlation value of 0.722 showed that the independent variable and the dependent variable had a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination obtained was 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing was obtained by the calculated Fvalue > Ftable or (55,443 > 2,690) which indicated that H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction in PT. Lolc Ventura BSD branch

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia, Telemarketing Division, South Tangerang Branch. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This study took the population of all employees at PT. Manulife Indonesia Life Insurance Telemarketing Division, South Tangerang Branch, totaled 57 people, while the sample used was the saturated sample formula. The research variable consists of independent or independent variables (X), job stress (X1), and Job satisfaction (X2), while the dependent or dependent variable (Y) is performance. The data collection method is through questionnaires distributed to employees of the telemarketing division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia. South Tangerang branch, the data obtained were then processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis models. And using the instrument test, hypothesis testing, which includes classical assumption test, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of testing the effect of work stress and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Based on the results of the SPSS calculation, it is obtained that the Fcount = 29.185 with a significant F value of 0.000. Using a significant level of 0.05, the table value with DK = n-k-1 (57-2-1 = 54) obtained a Ftable of 3.17 significant level of 0.000. The significance value is still below the set significance value of 0.05, so it can conclude that work stress and Job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance with the regression line equation. Y = 2.709 + 0.198X1 + 0.542X2

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and work performance assessment partially and simultaneously on the performance of functional ASN teachers in the Ministry of Religion of Depok City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study amounted to 240 people, with the sample calculation using the Slovin formula to 150 samples used. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial hypothesis test (T), and simultaneous hypothesis test (f). based on the study's results, the workload variable (X1) obtained a reliability value of 0.740. The partial test (T) has a value of tcount < ttable (1.736 < 1.97623) and strength by a significance value of 0.085> 0.05, then Ho1 is accepted, and H1 is rejected, meaning that the Workload does not have a partial effect on ASN performance. The work performance assessment variable (X2) results obtained a reliability value of 0.712. Partial test (t) obtained tcount > ttable (8.532>1.97623), strengthened by a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, then Ho2 reject, and H2 is accepted, meaning that the work performance assessment has a partial influence on ASN performance. And the Workload (X1) and work performance assessment (X2) on performance (Y) have a positive effect with the equation Y = 14 + 0.121X1 + 0.530X2. The value of determination is 0.485 or 48.5%. Simultaneous F test results, with a value of fcount,> ftable or (69.292 > 3.06), are also strengthened by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, then Ho3 is rejected, and H3 is accepted, meaning that the workload and work performance assessment have a simultaneous influence on the performance of functional ASN teachers in the Ministry of Religion of Depok City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods involving employees as a sample in this study. Also, this study uses research tests, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, regression coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t-test and f test. The results of this study are the variable Effect of Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) based on data analysis shows that the multiple regression coefficients that have been determined between Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) are Y = Y = 5.570+0.206X1+0.694X2. These results can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). The constant (a) = 5.570 means that without Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), the Employee Performance value is 5.570 units. The constant (b1) = 0.206 means that if the Work Discipline (X1) of employees increases by one unit, then the value of Employee Performance will increase by 0.206 units. The constant (b2) = 0.694 means that if the employee's work motivation (X2) increases by one unit, the employee's performance value will increase by 0.694 units. The coefficient of determination between work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) is R Square (R2) 0.655. It means that Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) are 65.5%, and other factors influence the remaining 34.5%. Testing the effect of independent variables together on the dependent variable is carried out using the f test. The results of statistical calculations show the value of Fcount 54.080 > Ftable 3.16. by using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. The hypothesis states that the simultaneous variable of Work Discipline      (X1), Work Motivation (X2), influences Employee Performance
