The prevalence of nutritional status in children aged 5-12 years in Jepara district, Central Java in 2018 with the underweight category was 6.92%, while children who were overweight or obese were 8.72%. Limited face-to-face learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic is believed to interfere with the quality of sleep, physical activity, and eating patterns so that it can affect the nutritional status of children. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between sleep quality, physical activity and diet with nutritional status after limited face-to-face learning was applied to elementary school students. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a cross sectional study design. The study was conducted at SD N 01 Kaligarang and SD N 02 Kaligarang Jepara with a sample of 70 students. The data taken in this study were eating patterns with a 1x24 hour recall, physical activity using the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (PAQ-C), and sleep quality using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The results of the study showed that students' eating patterns were more likely to have less results (83%), but had normal nutritional status (65.7%). Children's sleep quality is generally poor (77.1%) and has low physical activity (94.3%). The relationship between diet, sleep quality, and physical activity with nutritional status has a p-value <0.005. Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas akibat pandemi Covid-19 diyakini dapat mengganggu kualitas tidur, aktivitas fisik, dan pola makan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi status gizi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas tidur, aktivitas fisik dan pola makan dengan status gizi setelah diterapkan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan di SD N 01 Kaligarang dan SD N 02 Kaligarang Jepara dengan jumlah sampel 70 siswa. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pola makan dengan recall 1x24 jam, aktivitas fisik dengan kuesioner Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (PAQ-C), dan kualitas tidur dengan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola makan siswa lebih cenderung dengan hasil kurang sebanyak (83%), tetapi memiliki status gizi yang normal sebanyak (65.7%). Kualitas tidur anak umumnya buruk (77,1%) dan memiliki aktivitas fisik rendah (94,3%). Hubungan pola makan, kualitas tidur, dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi memiliki p-value <0.005.
