<![CDATA[Abstract Tuberculosis is a major health problem in the world. In twenty years, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the countries that are members of it are trying to reduce the pulmonary tuberculosis. The pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by an infectious infection by the bacterium mycobacterium tuberculosis. Family support is an important factor in TB treatment adherence. Family support in the treatment process is to encourage patients to adhere to their TB drugs, showing sympathy and concern, and not avoiding the sufferer from the TB disease they are experiencing. Compliance or adherence to medical treatment is a patient’s adherence to a predetermined treatment. The data analysis used was the chi-square test. And the results of the study showed that from the chi-square test, significant results were obtained, p-value = 0,018 because the p-value was smaller than = 0,05, it was concluded that there was a relationship between family support and medication adherence in pulmonary TB Patient’s at the Public Health Center in Dolok District. Dalam duapuluh tahun World Health Organitation (WHO) dengan negara-negara yang tergabung didalamnya mengupayakan untuk mengurangi TB Paru. Tuberkulosis Paru yaitu suatu penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi menular oleh bakteri mycobacterium tuberculosis. Dukungan keluarga merupakan dalam proses pengobatan adalah untuk mendorong penderita agar patuh meminum obatnya, menunjukkan simpati dan kepedulian, serta tidak menghindari penderita dari penyakit TB yang di alaminya. Kepatuhan atau ketaatan terhadap pengobatan medis adalah suatu kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan yang telah ditentukan. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square di peroleh hasil signifikansi p-value= 0,018 karena p-value lebih kecil dari = 0,05 maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien TB.
