This study aims to produce a Project-based Team-based student worksheet in the Kitchen Management course. This type of research is research and development that refers to model development, with stages (1) self-evaluation stage consisting of analysis and design (2) prototyping stage consisting of expert review, one to one and small group (3) field test stage . The data were collected using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires related to the quality of product development. The results showed that student learning outcomes were seen from the pre-test, post-test and mid-semester exams in the course Evaluation of Kitchen Management Learning Outcomes. Catering Education students experienced a significant increase after using this project-based student worksheet.

ABSTRACTThis study used a phenomenological qualitative method, namely by obtaining data through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that (1) the role of parents in implementing learning at home during the pandemic in educating children includes mentoring and motivators. (2) the impact of the role of parents on learning during the pandemic, the involvement of parents in facilitating study from home activities. The results of this study are that parents can improve their relationship with their children and parents can see firsthand the development of children's learning abilities. Keywords: Role Of Parents, Study From Home, Covid 19 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologis, yakni dengan perolehan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket dengan analisis data deskriptif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran orang tua terhadap penerapan pembelajaran di rumah pada masa pandemi dalam mendidik anak meliputi pendampingan dan motivator. (2) dampak peran orang tua terhadap pembelajaran pada masa pandemi, keterlibatan orangtua dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan study from home. Quality assurance is a series of related processes and systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on the performance and quality of educators and education personnel, programs and institutions. The quality assurance process identifies aspects of achievement and priority for improvement, provides data as a basis for planning and decision making and helps build a culture of continuous improvement.This study aims to describe the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) as an effort to improve the quality of education in the PKK Department, Faculty of Engineering, Unimed. This study is a qualitative research with case study method. The research was conducted at the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK) Faculty of Engineering, Unimed, with the subject of the Department of Quality Assurance Team (TPMJ PKK). Data collection techniques: direct observation, document and archive searches, and interviews. The results showed: (1) TPMJ policies and concepts in the form of academic documents and quality documents were prepared by TPMJ PKK; (2) TPMJ PKK as coordinator in planning and implementing learning in the PKK Department; (3) The implementation of the TPMJ is carried out by preparing a design in the form of the TPMJ PKK Cycle; (4) Obstacles faced: leadership commitment, number of auditors, TPMJ PKK activities become routine; (5) Steps to be taken: providing quality assurance experts, building a spirit of quality assurance; (6) Evaluation of TPMJ PKK Implementation is carried out every year; (7) Utilization of the results of TPMJ PKK implementation: building a culture of quality, accreditation; and (8) Development of TPMJ PKK implementation refers to the standard management of BAN PT.

Through an ecological-social-economic tourism paradigm, this article explores the development of the Gudang Garam Beach tourist destination in Serdang Bedagai Regency by the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). This study analyzes the social aspects of empowerment, management strategies for optimization, and the aspects that enhance Pokdarwis evolution using a descriptive qualitative approach in combination with trend data on tourist visits. The findings indicate that Pokdarwis not only played a role in the development of infrastructure and the improvement of local economic conditions, but also in the strengthening of social capital, multigenerational collaboration, and community resilience during the COVID-19 crisis. The novel aspect of this study is the integration of three sustainability pillars—economic, social, and ecological—into a single operational paradigm for community-based tourism. By illustrating how grassroots leadership and social participation motivate adaptive capacity in post-crisis contexts, this strategy expands theoretical discussions regarding sustainable tourism. Therefore, the ecological-social-economic tourism model offers both practical guidelines and academic insight to develop community-based tourism management in Indonesia and comparable environments.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop and evaluate a Tri Dharma-based database system to improve document management and administrative services in the Culinary Education Study Program at State University of Medan. Methods: This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using a modified Borg and Gall development model combined with a prototype approach. The study involved 23 participants, consisting of two information system experts, one media expert, and twenty prospective users (lecturers and administrative staff) who participated in the validation and user evaluation processes. Data were collected through observations, interviews, expert validation sheets, and user response questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings: The developed database system obtained a mean feasibility score of 4.00 from the information system experts, 4.40 from the media expert, and 4.33 from users. These findings indicate that the system is feasible, user-friendly, and effective in supporting the management of Tri Dharma activities, improving document organization, and facilitating academic administration at the study program level. Research Implications: The database system can be implemented as an administrative management tool to improve document organization, support accreditation activities, and strengthen data management practices within higher education institutions. Originality: This study presents an integrated database system specifically designed to manage education, research, community service, and supporting academic activities within a study program, providing a practical model that can be adapted by other higher education institutions.
