Artikel ini membahas tentang penelitian terkait penerapan aktivitas sains sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan sikap melalui games sains bagi anak usia dini di TK Al-Barokah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kondisi awal keterampilan proses dan sikap anak usia dini sebelum penerapan games sains, serta peningkatan keterampilan proses dan sikap anak setelah penerapan games sains. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan TK Al-Barokah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas sains mampu membrikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan proses dan sikap di TK Al-Barokah. Aktivitas ini juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan fisik-motorik, bahasa, kognitif, sosial-emosidan juga moral-keagamaan anak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan keterampilan sains mampu memberikan hasil positif terhadap berbagai aspek perkembangan anak secara terpadu. Kata Kunci: keterampilan proses, keterampilan sikap, sains, anak usia dini This article discusses research related to the application of science activities as an effort to improve science process skills and attitudes for early childhood in Al-Barokah Kindergarten. This study aims to see the initial conditions of early childhood science process skills and attitudes before implementing the activity, and the improvement of childhood science and process skills after the application of the activity. This study uses a classroom action research research method conducted by Al-Barokah Kindergarten. Data collection is done through observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that scientific activities are able to make a positive contribution to increase process skills and science attitudes in this kindergarten. Moreover, the activity also contributes to the physical-motor, language, cognitive, socio-emotional, and moral-religious development of children. It can be concluded that science skills activities are able to give positive results to various aspects of children's development in an integrated manner.
