Abstract

In small-scale industries, there are still many production support technologies that are still run manually, one of which is the rolling machine. The process of forming pipes with roll bending has been widely applied to industrial manufacturing activities. The process of bending or bending is commonly found in the manufacture of canopies and fence ornaments made from pipes using a pipe roll bending machine . Currently, there have been many developments in the manufacture of canopies and fence ornaments that use pipes as the basic material. Specifications of pipe roll bending machine designed to perform the bending process with good results on one inch diameter pipe, Using a DC electric motor in question is a car wiper motor as the main mover, using a hydraulic system as a roll drive , a transmission system using a chain.
