Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way of life in society and also in the world of education. Learning outcomes are abilities possessed by students after they accept the teaching and learning process carried out by educators. Assessment of learning outcomes has the aim of knowing the extent to which the learning process has been running. Learning outcomes can be seen through scores or grades after students take a test or test. Learning outcomes are categorized into three, namely cognitive, affective, psychomotor. The learning outcomes of each student are different because they are influenced by many factors, including the school environment and family environment. The aims of this study were to: (1) explain the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes with the application of distance learning, (2) explain the impact of internet-based administrative services on stakeholder satisfaction in SD Tunas Bangsa. Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 telah banyak mengubah tatanan hidup bermasyarakat dan juga dalam dunia pendidikan. Hasil belajar adalah kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa setelah ia menerima proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh pendidik. Penilaian hasil belajar memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses pembelajaran yang telah berjalan. Hasil belajar dapat dilihat melalui skor atau nilai setelah siswa mengerjakan suatu tes atau ulangan. Hasil belajar dikategorikan menjadi tiga yaitu kognitif, afektif, psikomotoris. Hasil belajar setiap siswa berbeda karena dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor yaitu diantaranya lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh, (2) Menjelaskan dampak pelayanan administrasi berbasis internet terhadap kepuasan pemangku kepentingan di SD Tunas Bangsa.

Abstract

The Law on Harmonization of Taxes (UU HPP) aims to create a strong and more equitable tax base based on a healthy and sustainable APBN, thereby creating high economic growth. Taxes are the backbone of the state budget, this reform is expected to support the need for good development, and to make taxes fair, healthy, effective, and accountable. This tax reform basically has two segments, namely reform in the field of policy and reform in the field of administration. Policy reforms are reform improvements outlined in the HPP Law with the main objective of expanding the tax base, thereby responding to the challenges of competitiveness with other countries. Abstrak Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Perpajakan (UU HPP) bertujuan untuk menciptakan basis perpajakan yang kuat dan berkeadilan berdasarkan APBN yang sehat dan berkelanjutan, sehingga tercipta pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi. Pajak merupakan tulang punggung APBN, reformasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung kebutuhan pembangunan yang baik, serta menjadikan pajak yang adil, sehat, efektif dan akuntabel. Reformasi perpajakan ini pada dasarnya memiliki dua segmen, yaitu reformasi di bidang kebijakan dan reformasi di bidang administrasi. Reformasi kebijakan merupakan perbaikan reformasi yang dituangkan dalam UU HPP dengan tujuan utama memperluas basis pajak, sehingga dapat menjawab tantangan daya saing dengan negara lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline with performance at PT. Permata Bank in East Jakarta area. This thesis research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The variables related in this study are the leadership variable (X1), the work discipline variable (X2) and the employee performance variable (Y). The data sources used consisted of primary data, namely data obtained directly from research respondents through questionnaires, interviews, population observations and samples in this study PT. Permata Bank in East Jakarta area. The test was carried out using SPSS 23. The results obtained from this study indicate that together leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Permata Bank in East Jakarta area. with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. Through the coefficient of determination in this study, leadership and work discipline contributed or influenced the performance of employees by 48.9% while the remaining 51.1% was influenced by other variables included in this research model. Abstrak Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pada PT. Bank Permata wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desktiptif. Adapun variabel yang berhubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Kepemimpinan (X1), variable Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden penelitian melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini PT. Bank Permata wilayah Jakarta Timur. Pengujian dilakukian dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Permata wilayah Jakarta Timur. dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,005. Melalui uji koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 48,9% sedangkan sisa 51,1% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang termasuk dalam model penelitian ini.
