Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model supervisi yang diterapkan kepala sekolah terhadap guru-guru di UPTD SD Negeri 01 Koto Tuo Kecamatan Harau Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kasus yang ada dengan mendapatkan informasi melalui wawancara dan observasi bersama kepala sekolah dan 17 orang guru yang terdiri dari guru kelas dan guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Jasmani Olah raga dan Kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa model supervisi yang diterapkan di UPTD SD Negeri 01 Koto Tuo adalah model supervisi klinis , model supervisi berbeda dan model supervisi bersama yang mana supervisi dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan memfokuskan pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengajar secara terencana, sesuai dengan urutannya dengan tujuan untuk mengubah kearah yang lebih baik. Supervisi dilakukan oleh guru secara terbuka, tidak merasa terbebani dan guru meminta lansung untuk memberikan saran-saran dan pendapat kepada kepala sekolah untuk memperbaiki pengajaran pada masa yang akan dating. Selain itu supervisor juga melakukan supervisi berbeda yangmana disesuaikan dengan keamampuan dan keadaan masing-masing guru. Dengan adanya penerapan supervisi klinis diharapkan memperkecil ketidaksesuaian serta kesenjangan antara pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang nyata dengan pembelajaran ideal yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The main problem facing education today is the quality of teachers as human resources and an important component in education development. Teachers should follow and have the capability the progress in science and technology in the era of globalization where competition quality being some things very urgent. Then the background of this research is the teacher problems using educational videos in the teaching and learning process that influence student interest. Every professional teacher should improve their personal quality in intellectual, spiritual, morality, creativity, and responsibility. This study aims to determine how the principal strategy for improving teacher competence in terms of pedagogical, professional, and quality personal and social. Furthermore, this study also aims to improve the competence of teachers to maximize the achievement of education that influence the result of the study by using interesting educational videos and media. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In conclusion the principal strategy for improving the competence of teachers through empowerment by education supervisors. The strategy of the headmaster is needed for this problem.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about strengthening the spiritual intelligence of young students through Al-Qur'an recitation activities: a case study of the One Day One Juz (ODOJ) Star program. This research using a qualitative approach and case study method involved 35 informants consisting of 5 teachers as admins of the ODOJ Star group and 30 students as members of the ODOJ Star group. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation and were processed using the Miles and Huberman model which included data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. This study found that there were differences in attitudes related to indicators of spiritual intelligence in adolescent students between before and after participating in recitations of the Qur'an through the ODOJ Star program. Al-Qur'an recitation activities through the ODOJ Star program have been proven to be able to strengthen the spiritual intelligence of adolescent students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the principal's strategy in shaping the character of Islamic students and what factors support and hinder the formation of the character of Islamic students at An-Nahl Elementary School, Lima Puluh Kota District. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach to explore in-depth information about the strategies that have been carried out by the principal in shaping the character of Islamic students at An-Nahl Elementary School, Lima Puluh Kota District. Character education at An-Nahl Elementary School, Fifty Cities District includes nine main characters, namely honesty, trust, responsibility, cooperation, caring, independence, cleanliness, tidiness, and disciplined. The results of the study show that the principal has implemented good leadership. There are special characteristics in shaping the character of students at An-Nahl Elementary School, Fifty Cities District: a) people power, which is carried out through a command and prohibition or reward and punishment approach. b) Persuasive strategies are carried out by soliciting and forming input from the community and school members c) Normative re-education, namely educating and changing the paradigm of thinking of old school residents with new ones.

Abstract

Management of the Al-Qur'an Tahfizd Development Model in Public Schools, the purpose of this research data analysis is to analyze the management of the Al-Qur'an Tahfizd development model at SMPN 1 Payakumbuh District. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data, the authors used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, and the data testing technique used the triangulation method. The results of the study revealed that the application of the tahfizd Al-Qur'an coaching model with the talqin model in memorizing the Al-Qur'an at SMPN 1 Payakumbuh District begins with reading the verses of the Al-Qur'an, then proceed with repeating the verses. Supporting factors in the Al-Qur'an tahfizd activities at SMPN 1 Payakumbuh District this activity is directly supported by the school principal, students are very enthusiastic in participating in the tahfizd Al-Qur'an program at the end of the semester a tahfizd graduation is held, which motivates students to be more active in memorizing Al-Qur'an. The inhibiting factor in this school is that there are still students who are not fluent in reading the Qur'an, this is due to a lack of cooperation between the homeroom teacher and the tahfizd Al-Qur'an teacher and the homeroom teacher's lack of understanding of Tahfizd Al-Qur'an.
