Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh human capital dan employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh human capital dan employee engagement terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi adalah pegawai Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai yang berjumlah sebanyak 72, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis, serta analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa human capital dan employee engagement memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi mengenai pengaruh human capital dan employee engagement menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh human capital dan employee engagement terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah kabupaten Sinjai. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of human capital and employee engagement on job satisfaction and employee loyalty, to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, to determine and analyze the effect of human capital and employee engagement on loyalty through job satisfaction. Population, there are 72 employees of the Protocol and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat of Sinjai Regency, data collection techni-ques through questionnaires, Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and Sobel analysis test. The results of the study found that human capital and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee loyalty. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Based on the results of the mediation test regarding the effect of human capital and employee engagement, it shows that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of human capital and employee engagement on employee loyalty in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Sinjai Regency
