Abstract

ABSTRACT The Objective of this study is to find out instructional strategies used and  the achievement of study by Dessert processing of student.This study was conducted at SMK Negeri 8 School  Medan for even Semester of   2010/2011 academic year. The population of this research is all students of grade I group total 32 students and grade XI Boga 2 total 32 students. The instrument used for collecting the experiment Quasi method with a factorial research design of 2 x 2.    the data were analized with anova on significant rate of =0.05. the result of the analysis showed that the learning outcomes Dessert Processing learning outcomes taught by learning strategies ( F = 14,438 count > F table 4.08). The result of this study concludes that the strategy of industrial traning is higher that the resulth of learning taught by the inquiry learning strategy. Kata Kunci : Strategi pembelajaran, hasil belajar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The design of this study is Quasi experiment. The results showed that: student learning outcomes using the question and answer method on occupational safety materials included in the category tended to be sufficient at 51.00 percent. Student learning outcomes using group work methods on occupational safety materials included in the category tended to be high at 92.34 percent ,. By comparing> the two classes, so it can be concluded that the use of group work methods is better than the use of question and answer methods on work safety learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar students.    Keywords: Group Work Methods, Learning Outcomes ABSTRAKDesain penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode tanya jawab pada materi keselamatan kerja termasuk kategori cenderung cukup sebesar 51,00 persen, Hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode kerja kelompok pada materi keselamatan kerja termasuk kategori cenderung tinggi sebesar 92,34 persen,. Dengan membandingkan > kedua kelas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode kerja kelompok lebih baik daripada penggunaan metode tanya jawab terhadap hasil belajar keselamatan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar.
