Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan lembaga dimana sifatkepemimpinan yang baik akan membawa kemudahan mengkoordinasikan suatu organisasidalam mencapai tujuannya. pendidikan kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan untukmendorong terselenggaranya pendidikan, sehingga agar tujuan pendidikan yang telahditetapkan dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. Kepemimpinan telah digambarkansebagai manajer yang mampu mempengaruhi orang atau kelompok untuk mencapai hasilyang diinginkan dan ditentukan bersama. Kepala sekolah diharapkan menjadi pemimpindan inovator di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangatpenting bagi keberhasilan sekolah. Kepemimpinan pada hakikatnya adalah kemampuanyang dimiliki seseorang untuk membina, membimbing, mengarahkan dan menggerakkanorang lain untuk bekerja sama mencapai tujuan mengatur. Untuk mewujudkan tujuantersebut, pemimpin perlu melakukan serangkaian kegiatan termasuk mengarahkan orangorangyang terlibat dalam organisasi yang mereka pimpin. Kepemimpinan adalah bagiandari manajemen yang perencanaan dan pengorganisasian, tetapi peran utamakepemimpinan adalah untuk mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang telahditetapkan. Seorang pemimpin yang baik akan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dari masingmasinganggotanya dan wakilnya sebaliknya jika pemimpin tidak dapat mengelola denganbaik maka akan sulit untuk mencapai tujuan lembaga. Metode yang digunakan yaitu libraryresearch. Hasil temuan yaitu pemimpin hendaknya dapat mengendalikan dirinya sendirikemudian mengendalikan orang lain. Pencapaian visi misi sekolah dapat tercapai secaraefektif jika kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif, dengan memiliki visi yang jelas,mengutamakan prestasi peserta didik dan kinerja sekolah, mempunyai program yangpositif dan efektif untuk dijalankan, mendayagunakan berbagai sumber belajar, melakukanevaluasi dan perbaikan secara berkesinambungan agar kelemahan dan kelebihan di sekolahbisa diketahui.

Abstract

The management of early childhood education units, basic education, and secondaryeducation is carried out based on minimum service standards with school/madrasah-basedmanagement principles. The school management in question is a form of autonomy in themanagement of education in primary and secondary education units which showsindependence, partnership, cooperation, participation, openness, and responsibility.Research on the implementation of SBM in the world of education has often been carriedout with the evidence that many journals have been published. Some researchers focus onthe leadership of principals, teachers and the quality of student education. There are noresearchers who have paid attention to the implementation of SBM in schools withBuddhist characteristics, especially the implementation of Pancasila, the SigalovadaSutta, and the Dasa Raja Dhamma. Therefore, the focus of this research is on theapplication of Buddhist values that are applied by teachers and students, in teaching andlearning activities as well as in daily life. This study aims to determine whether DSschools have implemented SBM with Buddhist values. The research was conducted usingdescriptive qualitative analysis with primary data sourced from resource persons and keypersons using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The sample taken inthis study amounted to 9 informants. The results of the study show that SBM withBuddhist values is only implemented by students and some teachers, while teachers,school officials and administration still have not implemented SBM with Buddhist values

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and family financial education on personal financial management with locus of control as an intervening variable. This study uses an explanatory research approach, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and hypothesis testing. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative research. To examine how a variable relates or relates to other variables, or whether a variable is influenced by other variables. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative research. Respondents in this study were university students in Banten as many as 321 students. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires designed with a Likert scale of 1 to 7 via social media. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling method which was determined by the simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques used online questionnaires, while data analysis techniques in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study are financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, family financial education has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on locus Of Control, Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Locus Of Control, Family Financial Education has a positive and significant effect on Locus Of Control, Locus Of Control has a positive and significant effect on Locus Of Control.
